I come through the drive thru about once a week. This place is peak Burger King. The people that work here do it for the love of the game. My order is always correct and fresh. One of those places you don’t have to check the bag before pulling away.

I had an issue with my order missing items. So did another person. We were both at the counter at the same time to let them know and get our missing items. The person working was rude, never once apologizing for missing items. Almost like it was my fault they didn’t give me what I paid for. She acted the same way to the other person. Very unprofessional.

Kids wanted to come to BK as they keep seeing the play area, havent been in a while so i said sure. Came in and the guy asked for what i wanted and i placed my order. They then told me it would be a while as the drive through was busy. I asked if he had an idea how long and he said no idea. Tell me there is a wait before i order would be a good place to start. Ignoring your walk in customers for drive through isn’t the best idea either. You remiome why i don’t eat here. All in all kids disappointed, but Chick-Fil-A made up for it.

This burger king has many many great things to offer the community. Not just hot food fast, it has what many places lack That’s a TEAM. Even though many do not Have name tags and you guys know that I have not looked favorable on this when I write my reviews. However maybe I m just getting soft but I think it more because of Jon the asst. Mgr on duty. He’s got a great attitude. Then he was quick to tell me about the education program. Then when the store mgr. Melanie came in she agreed that its important. This has undoubtably got to be the cleanest of cleanest bk I’ve ever seen. That’s how and why I say its truly commercial ready. 1. Clean and fresh bathrooms (with cool blue light fan dryers)
2. Clean eating space
3. Correct order. I ordered 6 burgers with various things left off each of them and they got them all right.
The play place is still closed. No masks in site.

Everytime I go through the drive thru in the evenings, I have to check my order. 9 times out of 10 something is wrong. When I go on Sunday during the day, not an issue.

Went in to try the new impossible burger. Staff was kind and restaurant clean. To my surprise I got to pair a childhood favorite of SURGE with my meal from the freestyle machine.
The new impossible Whopper is actually really quite good. It has a slight umami flavor reminiscent of an instant tonkotsu ramen flavor. The texture was very very similar to beef and if I had to choose one or the other (regular whopper) I think it would depend on the day. I didn’t enjoy either more, but rather both equally. I don’t usually come to Burger King but today was a good day in the world of meatless burgers.

I spoke to the LEAST helpful person possible. Yvonda or whatever her name was. Older lady with a mixture of blonde and gray hair. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. How someone like that works in customer service and food is unbelievable. Burger King offers a free whopper when you leave a review and use your receipt to complete the survey before you get the validation code. I screenshotted the validation code in case I lost my receipt or if got thrown away. Sure enough it got thrown away. Anyway I go into the Burger King in Boise on Fairview to try and claim my free whopper for once since they have been offering it. Sure enough I get the Karen of Burger King. Her main focus is customer service and provide delicious food for her customers. She of course was sassy and rude and refused to honor my whopper even though I had a screenshot of my validation code for proof! I was also going ti spend more money at the restaurant but none of that mattered to this person. I would appreciate it if something was done about this. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
