I ordered through the app what I got was old disgusting overcooked chicken for my chicken breast. The grease was unreal. My hands were literally dripping in grease. The chicken on the chicken breast was extremely rubbery and tasted old.
I got a chicken leg with my meal. Also, I don’t know if it was undercooked or it was from the Grease, but the bread was soggy on the chicken leg.
The mashed potatoes tasted completely processed like the worst mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. They of course were also room temperature.
The coleslaw was not bad. My drink was filled to the rim with ice I think 1/3 of the actual cup was liquid
I will not be coming back to this location. This is the worst Popeyes food I’ve ever had in my life.

Terrible. I ordered online and paid online for 16 piece chicken and fries and when I went there they gave me a brown bag. I was happy and went home only to realize no fries + the chicken was overly cooked and burnt. I immediately contacted them via customer support and they said $10 crrdit would be added to my account and till to this day, nothing.. Its been 3 days now.

Only gave 1 star cause I couldn’t leave 0! WORST POPEYES I’ve ever been too! Food is terrible! Biscuits are ALWAYS burnt.. quality is trash! Tenders are nothing but a crispy stick! Will NOT be back.

Apparently you have to ask for and pay for the Hot Ones sauce seen on the display if you want it. Otherwise you basically get the basic spicy sandwich which isn’t spicy. And the employees are not interested in selling more of the Hot Ones food.

Last night my partner and I ordered my food from the “Popeyes App” and when the driver showed up, he turned out to be from Doordash. When the guy dropped off the food, the first thing I noticed was that he didn’t get my drink (I ordered a combo with a sweet tea, never got it even though it’s on the receipt). That may or may not have been Popeyes’ fault as there should have been a drink there waiting for him to pick up. I ignored it and said you know what I’ll let it go then I noticed that the chicken sandwich I ordered was distorted, old and bitten/torn into! (see photos) I immediately felt nauseous because during these times we are in with COVID-19, you have people sneezing and coughing on food on purpose, etc. so I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. My partner’s food also looked very old and dried up. At this point neither of us wanted to eat and our money had gone to waste.
I looked on the receipt and saw that this was the Popeyes the order came from. When I called, a woman picked up and after 2 times of explaining what happened, she “couldn’t find” my order, even though I gave her the order/receipt number. I was very patient, but after much frustration I asked to speak to the manager because she was not helpful. She said she was the manager and proceeded to yell over me and that this is not a Popeye issue, it’s a Doordash issue because they seal their packaging bags (NOTE- this bag was NOT sealed). Keep in mind that I never ordered from Doordash, I ordered from the Popeyes app… which didn’t even have an order/confirmation number. If I had called Doordash… there would have been no point. This was NOT a doordash issue, as you can see from the photos, the chicken in this sandwich looks like it was torn way before it even got to Doordash – it looks very old and dried up. I don’t know if a worker picked at it, dropped it, who knows! I do not want to get sick.
I ended up calling Corporate – who said they will help and have someone reach out.
Please don’t eat here!!!

Went there for lunch today and chicken and fries were not hot and slightly under cooked. Food was horrible so I put that to side to eat Apple Pie because I was due back at meeting within 30s it wasn’t hot and photos attach is how they gave me the apple pie how disgusting. I will be giving them a call as well as this review. Did they reach in the trash for that package? Very careless and obviously Terrible cleanliness at this location.
