Best Ice Cream Around!!!
Wonderful place with great customer service with a smile. Amazing burgers, chicken and hotdogs too. Fast and quick drive thru service. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. The restaurant sells ice dream cakes and other tasty treats. Right of the major road. New road design allows easy access in and out.

I called today to get a birthday cake for my grandfather. Lady answered then our phone got cut off. Is what she said. So when I was processing ordering a cake, it seem the phones where acting weird and all but it wasn’t that long we were talking for at least 7 mins! She hang up saying go through the online because she busy or whatever saying its been 20 mins! I got the log to prove! I called again to ask for a manager and all I ask was for her NAME. and she says “we are not doing this.” And hang up! Like seriously? I can’t be wrong because I thought we were cool until that point

Everything is amazing about this DQ, I’ve been going since a kid. This specific DQ has been getting worse at mixing my ice cream. It’s been going on for a while I don’t know if they hired new people that aren’t trained well or aren’t paid enough to care. I usually get the same thing, the banana split. I tried something different to see if it was the same bad results and sadly yes it was. Thinking of going to a different DQ location and it sucks because this one is close to my house 5 minutes or less

I have been to this location twice now, and nothing but issues both times. Last week went to the store and asked for onion rings, was advised by a snotty teenager that they didn’t have any more, because they did not want to cook any, because they were to busy gossiping with friends. Then today, my cousin went through the drive through to make an order, and he was told that the store wasn’t currently accepting cash. Definitely will not be back

It was a usual Friday night, we went out at about 9:30 PM to get some late night ice cream. We ended up arriving at 10:00 and pulled up in the drive through. As we pulled up, out of the speaker box and employee said “please wait one second and I’ll be right with you”. So of course, being as patient as ever, we waited. We waited for quite a while until the time had passed to 10:08 PM, which happened to be NOT right away. This made me and my daughter very upset since we were really looking forward to this late night snack. The website says “closed at 11:00 PM”. Overall very bad experience we will not be coming again ( next time we will be hitting up a Culver’s). Edit: I am aware it was only 8 minutes, however when we turned the corner the lights on the building were all shut off!

The WORST experience ever. We went to treat ourselves to a little treat after work. Went to pickup to eat at home with a movie, and realized upon getting home that my smores blizzard had absolutely nothing in it besides graham crackers. And my husband ordered the new blizzard just to get home to just a chocolate shake and nothing in it. For $14 we expected good quality… I called and complained and all I got was well bring it back and we will remake it. Im already home… mind you they didn’t give us a receipt so we couldn’t even bring that back.
This place sucks all around. And super unprofessional when I called. I dont want to waste gas to go back when I already had a long day.
