Food was horrible, Cashier was clueless finding my meal in her registered she asked me numerous times which meal was mine? Needs improvement…my meal was completely wrong? the food was cold and had items in my bag I did not order? but I ended up paying for the items ? Everything went in trash….working at BK can’t be difficult you need some kind of attention to deal then maybe you would have a great restaurant, I do not recommend this Place of Business I won’t be back.

I thought since I hadn’t ordered from here in a while that I would give it a try. Again I was disappointed. The mayo was slopped on so thick the sandwiches wouldn’t stay together. All the fixing fell out from between the bun. Yall need to chill with the over use of mayo. Fr. I wont be ordering again. I bought the 4 family meal box plus some shakes and some cheese burgers that only had meat and cheese on them as well.

The royal spicy king was mediocre and messy with the hot sauce smothering the sandwich and overpowering the taste of the chicken and condiments. The size was small as well for the price. Customer service was prompt, and the dining room was clean.

I was sent in to place a group order. We couldn’t get the app to work so I went in and placed it. 15 or so sandwiches, onion rings and fries for multiple people. I expected the woman at the counter to freak out or get upset. It was a huge order to just walk in and place.
Lindsay was great. She had a smile the whole time. She took my order accurately the first time. She was thorough and friendly. The order was complete rather quickly. Everything was there. The entire order was 100% accurate, hot and fresh. Very pleased with this location, they’ve got it together. I drove past the rte.58 location to get to this one, glad it worked out.

Food was hot and I used a coupon. The coffee was good. I was at labs had to fast for 8 hrs got weak so need something to get me home. Awesome coffee.

Went here a few days ago and ordered the number 7 with no royal sauce. Well the Crispy chicken sandwich had royal sauce on it. So I called. Went to get a replacement sandwich with no royal sauce today. Pulled up in the drive thru for quite some time just to be handed this sandwich with royal sauce smothering it top and bottom. When I was literally there to get my last one replaced over the same thing.
