Came here with my daughter and we loved it! We had the Oriental Crunch salad and The Scramble, and both were delicious. The salad was super fresh with the perfect crunch, and The Scramble was full of flavor. The place has such a chill vibe, and the service was amazing.

I’m giving them a one because they tried to rip me off. I literally picked my packaged piece of carrot cake up from the cooler and handed it to the cashier. Therefore, I selected “no tip” yet I was charged a $1.44 tip. When I asked to be refunded the tip that I did not approve, the cashier told me that she did not know how to return a tip. So, I asked for her manager, then she offered cash from the register, which I took. I also did not like the way she and the other cashier rushed toward the counter when I picked up the slice of carrot cake. My carrot cake was ok, but it was missing the wow factor. The store was decorated nicely, just watch your bill AFTER you approve the payment.

In what dystopian world do the owners live in to ask their staff to cheap out on portions and quality!!! This has nothing to do with the picture! Embarrassing enough when I went back to complain another customer standing near called my sandwich a scam or “bread with salad” she also has issues with portions in this place. They made me a new one and issue was resolved but I still have to leave this review since its not the first time I waste a lot fighting for what i paid for.

If you’re wondering if I ate any of the greens in this picture, I didn’t! This is the portion amount that they had the nerve to package and deliver to me. This was my first time ordering from this location. I typically go to the location near my home in Pembroke Pines, but because I work in Miami I decided to order my lunch from here for the first time. I have ordered the Green Goddess salad SO many times and the portion size has NEVER EVER been this small. This is beyond ridiculous like I really can’t believe someone packaged my food like this! If this was their $15 being spent, I know good and well they would be upset and in disbelief just how I was when I got my food delivered. The only thing I removed was cucumber, and the avocado I had already eaten before taking the photo. I also paid for 4 EXTRA dressings and that’s literally all they gave me; the salad comes with 4 dressings so I should’ve gotten 8 dressings in total not that I needed it considering how they barely gave me anything. I will never order from this location again. This is the worst Carrot Express location I have experienced .

After living in Miami for almost 3 years and with so many options to dine at, I finally made it to Carrot Express.
I sampled their breakfast bowl, açaí bowl and a cafe latte.
Starting with the coffee, the milk was barely steamed and as a result the coffee was just warm. A latte without a hot steamed milk, it’s not a good latte. There was no decoration at all, with such a beautiful coffee mugs they have, how they are not taking advantage of that and put some effort on adding a leaf design for instance? That’s so easy to do. The coffee quality was average. I would give the coffee a 2 stars.
The breakfast bowl was like a Chinese fried rice but with quinoa, kale and ham. And the reason I say that is because the only flavor that came through was a subtle soy sauce. It was a pretty bland dish.
Lastly, the açaí bowl, it was the best out of the 3 things I had, but wouldn’t come back for it. There are better options in town for Açaí itself.
With this said, I would like to come back and try their croissants which looked good on the display as well as the avocado toast which the guest best to me was having and it look good.

1. The pineapple drink/mango was good. There was pieces in there.
2. The service was relatively fast
3. The store is nice and beautiful decor
4. Nice selection of things to buy
Minus 1 star because it’s super pricey but it’s Miami; it shouldn’t be 11 dollars for ok smoothie. Smoothie was good but wasn’t great!
