I always go to this location in the early a.m. before work. Never a real issue besides a bad batch of coffee here and there. But today I go in, Saturday morning, I get a medium hot coffee. I took a few sips before I notice a long black hair sticking out of the drinking hole! GROSS! I know its not mine because I have short red hair! And every employee in the place has black or dark hair color!! Not cool!

I hate this location….its 2:02pm on a Sunday, the sign on the door says 3pm….but they are already closed…absolutely unbelievable. If you are going to change the hours that’s fine but you (honey dew) should probably let the customers, you know…the people that keep you in business, know about it…even just a simple sign on the door with the CORRECT hours would be nice. I stopped coming to location but was in the area.

This place is a complete disaster! There is a woman working there who clearly has no business being there. Did not even notice I came in (even though when the front door opens it chimes), she was clearly on a personal, so after about 5 minutes of being ignored, I finally announced my presence. I ordered a simple iced coffee with a flavor shot and almond milk… NO SUGAR, which I repeated several times. Then she was burning some other order as well, and the smell of “burnt food” was overpowering, I am actually surprised the smoke alarm did not go off (but I am thinking this store is such a mess, you do not even have those). I ordered a breakfast burrito….which, she could not figure out how to make, then when I finally took a bite had not even been heated and was inedible. All this and she tried to over charge me by $5. Maybe it is time to find better employees who are competent or at the very least, can speak enough English to work in the service/food industry.

The staff is friendly and quick and attentive. Average coffee shop to get a coffee and a bite to eat in the morning or afternoon. Nothing really spectacular but nothing bad just a good average place to go. Easy to get in and out of.

Verify the price of everything before paying. The prices of the seasonal drinks aren’t advertised, and can be surprising. And hoo boy, you will not be shown any mercy if you don’t realize in time.

Pretty okay donuts, probably on a tier with or slightly better than Dunkin’. Good in a pinch but if you’re really hankering for donuts you can do better at somewhere like Union Square or Kane’s.
