We always look forward to coming here because the experience is consistently enjoyable. The seasonal fruit is fresh, full of natural taste, and beautifully presented. It feels like care and attention go into every dish served. The value matches the quality, which makes each visit feel worthwhile. Whenever we are in the neighborhood, this is one place we make time for, and it continues to impress us.

Everyone’s so friendly from the time we walked in. Candace was our waitress. Great personality! I will get to the food in a moment.. as we were walking out I think eight of the employees said bye have a great day❤️ there was so many people in there eating. The staff kept it moving prompt with the food coming out warm. I’m from the Boston area and was surprised to see linguiça on the menu. I had a buttermilk pancake eggs, and sourdough bread. I took a picture of a grapefruit bowl worth purchasing. We didn’t get it. We should have. they cook your eggs to perfection if you like Sunny side up.

Consistently well prepared food. Fun atmosphere with multiple TVs to watch sports. Most importantly, very nice staff from hosts, servers and even cooks. I’ve been going here for close to 20 years now.

Food was great everything was good until my husband and I asked if we could split the bill between my friends family and ours. The waitress had an attitude saying “she wished we told her beforehand, as this place is old school and doesn’t use a computer”. I don’t see what the issue is as any other restaurant we go to has no problem doing this for us. For that I would not want to go back as she made my family and us uncomfortable for even asking her to do that.

A good classic diner, with generous portions. When someone thinks of a classic 60s / 70s diner for American food that several chains try to emulate, this is the real thing. Though the atmosphere is quite a bit nicer. Overall a great place for a burger, or American breakfast.

Great vegan options (including breakfast) and excellent service. Choice of Beyond or Impossible sausage. Strong coffee. Also, I have enjoyed their vegan pancake platters, vegan Reuben, and Fried Corn Tortillas. A bit pricey, but these days what restaurant isn’t? We come here every time we are in the area.

I got the hashbrowns and pancakes. When I go to restaurants, I usually go because I want something I can’t make at home. Unfortunately, my meal was very ordinary. I could’ve gathered the ingredients from Safeway and made everything myself. It’s a shame because the place has a lot going for it. One or two upgrades on the ingredients and you’d have a completely different restaurant. I’d definitely pay an extra couple dollars for a better quality meal. The staff were nice enough. Atmosphere was fine. Just kinda skimped out food quality.

We were acknowledged right away and were seated immediately. Delicious breakfast. See photos inside and outdoors and of the menu.

It was one of the best simple breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The hash browns crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, the eggs were perfect, and the toast was from a local bakery. They also have a senior menu and vegan items as well. I have been back a second time now. The coffee is good and they good biscuits and gravy.
Only cons: Automatic surcharge for parties over 6 and surcharge for using a credit card.

Tried the clam chowder! It was delicious! Would’ve preferred it being served with sourdough bread, as opposed to saltine crackers. Heard the potatoes salad is good. Will definitely go again!
