Every time I get food at this Wendy’s it’s always terrible. You can never get anyone to answer the phone to let them know. They open and close whenever the staff wants to. They just absolutely SUCK!!# shutthemdown

Have to change my review. This used to be a great location. But it has gone downhill hill fast. My experience today was horrible. Ordered 2 baconator doubles. Think we got ripped off. Woman in the drive-through was rude. We got 2 small burgers with one piece of bacon. I’ll post a picture to show.

We were traveling, stopped at this Wendy’s, a little out of our way but for good food it was worth it! The service was great as well as the food. One mistake made on the order but that was quickly corrected and the burger was remade. We ate in the truck and continued to travel to our destination.

The food is always good but i almost always have to pull up and wait ten mins or so for my food. Especially if I order on the app (Which makes no sense to me). But it also seems like they are always short staffed, so I’m definitely not mad. they are not to blame. The reasoning for 3 stars is because I feel like whoever owns this store definitely needs to get their people some help. I’ve noticed over the past few months that it seems like fewer people go and the parking lot is empty. The food is great and the employees aren’t bad. There just doesn’t seem to be enough of them. And if you are this short staffed, what’s the issue? Is it a management or a hire limit problem? Either way, if you work people to death or overwhelm them every single day, you’ll lose those too.

This is pitiful place …my burger was not fresh it was dry and over cooked , the fries wasn’t hot either and the worst of the worst was the awful music they was playing ..damn gospel shit . Forcing religion onto people is not a good thing . I personally will be contacting there home office on this. Man oh man do I miss Dave Thomas he would have never let his restaurants get into the awful shape it has gotten to . Sad Sad .. I will never return to this restaurant here in Henderson, Tennessee ever again
