I just got back from grabbing my order and I came home to this. I got the new “bacon cajun ranch mc crispy”, as you can se no lettuce no tomatoes not even the BACON! My daughter had like 10 fries on her kids meal mine were half way filled. I called all they got was my name, didn’t say anything else. DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered a McDouble with only pickle and it came covered and onions and I am severely allergic to onions. The onions are even cooked into the melted cheese. I’m glad I check all of my food before eating because I could have gotten really sick. The people there were also very short and not very friendly

Wow! Is this McDonald’s? They totally remodeled inside and out. They’ve changed the ordering counter and added two kiosks for ordering, although only one is operational now. The kiosk ordering process is slow, but it’s probably a car of getting used to it. They also have an app that has some pretty good deals, and you can pre-order. Customer service was a lot better today. Don’t know if that is something new or because some big shots were there observing. Either way, it was still good. Seating looks pretty limited, but there is more seating down the side of the restaurant.

usually prefer this one then the one on plum dr but recently they’ve been messing up my whole order, I’ll ask for no tomatoes they’ll do extra. I asked for a coke and got a sprite. I said no salt on my fries, it will be written as that but then taste as salty as the ocean! Past 3 times I came here my orders have been completely wrong. Not what I’m paying for.

They mess up your order intentionally here in completely wild ways, surreal: A “#2 with coffee” is charged as a 2 coffees, and a #2. You then get 2 coffees (should be three at this point) 2 sandwiches missing the egg, no side.

Do not go here on a weekend. They normally have great service during the week. The lady working the drive up window taking orders is an utter disaster and I can’t believe the amount of errors they made.

I’d order 40 pieces of chicken nuggets but got home and found I only got 20. I’d call them and was told to come pick up the other 20. I do understand it was that the boy who served me was quite young so I’ll give him that. But still! I was h’angry!
