Green Acres has evolved over time into a fresh food hall, coffee shop, bakery and delicatessen with the later addition of Wine Merchants, an Art Gallery, and a casual and fine dining restaurant. We have a wide range of gifts, hampers, chocolates, luxury foods, whiskey, bourbon, gin, cognac and other spirits. We are happy to advise and recommend. However, the service needs some improvement, considering the cost of the meal and the service charge. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff was inattentive. They failed to check in to see if we were enjoying our food and left us having to hail a member of staff every time we wanted something. Improving the service to match the high quality of the food would make Green Acres an unbeatable dining destination.
This being said, it was overall a great experience thanks to the great quality of the food and I would recommend Green Acres.

Ordered fillet of beef last night was €47 was supposed to get sides of potato and veg. I was in a group but when I said it to the waiter he said it was in the middle of the table that the other two people in our party had already ate it and just said sorry about that. Sides were small anyways but to not have any and final bill of 160 for two of us ..I wouldn’t return was hungry after three course meal. Also service charge is added to bill which is a bit cheeky in my opinion because I certainly wouldn’t have tipped

Great restaurant with good service. Food extremely tasty. One of the best wine selections. Shop has the higher quality of wines cheeses and other edibles. Worth a visit in its own right. Has outdoor seating. Both are attached to an art gallery upstairs. Returned for lunch still as good as ever. The gallery is an amazing space for the exhibition of art and sculptures.

Took a short trip to Wexford. Was so lucky to find Green Acres. I loved the shop and the restaurant so much I’ve come back two days in a row for lunch. The Compte was to die for and they had just made “Gur” cake which brought me back to my childhood when mammy used to make it. Well done.

Enjoyed the overall experience here at Green Acres restaurant, store and art gallery. Food was excellent and service was very friendly. The setting is very nicely decorated and there’s a very wide selection of wine and whiskeys to choose from.
Only let down by the flat white i ordered, was very dissapointing, tasted like a cup of water and milk with half a teaspoon of instant coffee. Large swarm of flies and midges near our table around the ceiling is not too surprising in this weather but still a little off putting.

This was a really lovely restaurant. The staff were friendly and nice.
The atmosphere was lovely and we could dine inside with covid regulations.
The wine was brilliant and the waitress well able to advise us towards the right wine.
The food was delicious.

Very happy with the dog friendly outdoor area, it’s very pretty and great for people watching, there’s some blankets at tables. Staff are lovely and can provide water for your dog. A bit pricey but the hot drinks a lovely. Chai latte is perfect and the hot chocolate is so good. I got 2x hot chocolate 2x sausage roll 2x caramel slice and it was practically €25.
