I visited the Crystal Lake Jimmy John’s on Monday, October 20th, 2025. This was my first time back to the Crystal Lake location in months but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it is highly recommended to order online, it is super quick. I also got the giant sandwich this time and it was super good! I had a great evening off work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. The staff were friendly, respectful and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon! I’ve had issues twice with orders being late. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes but I only have a certain amount of time at work to eat my lunch so it’s a bit disappointing that it gets here 20-30 minutes past my lunch time. Besides that sandwiches are good.

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We had a bad experience with them last time were sandwiches were wrong and it took an hour longer then said. Today we ordered lunch for our entire shop seven sandwiches at 11:15 AM to make sure we could have it here by noon. We tried calling they did not answer so we just drove down there to pick them up and they are not even done with the order yet the time now is 12:52 PM. This place is bad. I do not recommend at all go somewhere else if you wanna sandwich

The other Saturday, I worked all morning, missed lunch, but had to make the 4:03 train out of Pingree. I was going to get to the station about 10 minutes early, but was SOOOO hungry, my stomach felt like acid! I needed something, but didn’t want to cut it too close. I figured I would stop at J.J.’s for a togo sammie. I pulled in to the lot and parked my car at 3:48 pm. I ordered my #12 paid and was back on Rt. 31 at 3:50 pm. You guy’s saved the DAY!!!
