I ordered two biscuit combos. When i get to the window, they ask me to pull to the side because they are waiting for fresh hash browns. I have no issue for pulling up and waiting for fresh hash browns, but this is what I got. I wouldn’t even call them hash browns, it was just a congealed lump of potatoes that they smashed into the container. I also asked for honey mustard, but like every time I ask, they never put any in the bag.

I ordered a BLT and had to pull up and wait for it. The bread wasn’t toasted and one side of the sandwich was the heel of the bread. The lettuce was a little brown, tomato wasnt ripe, and there wasn’t any mayo. Very little bacon ….maybe three 2 inch pieces. I paid $11.00 and had to wait. not happy

This Jacks is normally awesome but I guess that is only during the morning. Don’t go in the evening, they say they are open till 11, so they had an hour before close
I would advise anyone to only go in the morning/ afternoon. Unless you want to waste your money then go at night. Highly disappointed!!!

Could not even get my order right, I just ordered a four piece chicken strips, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. What I got was four chicken strips (I’m talking kids meal, I’m talking very small), mashed potatoes and green beans. I’m not recommending this store to anyone.

Picked up breakfast. Pancakes and bacon. Hot. Pretty good..only a $1+ for an extra side of bacon. Located right off 69N. Very friendly service at the drive through window. Free cup of water too.
