Went for bagels as we love Einstein’s but came home with one of our breakfast bagel sandwiches missing and another that we ordered with 2 eggs only having one. We paid for all of it and the guy said he couldn’t give a receipt. We won’t be going to this location again.

I came in on Tuesday 11/25 after placing an online order at 6:20 am. I arrived at 6:45 which is when their app said the order would be ready. Their was a few people waiting for orders already snd the staff was clearly busy. I asked the girl if I could cancel my order as I could tell they were busy and I would likely be late for work if I waited for my order. No worries on my part that it was busy. I get it. But the worker refused to give me a refund or cancel my order. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me she needed to help other people order first. I told her my order was online for a single bagel and that was totally fine, just cancel my order I had to leave. She would not refund my order or offer my a gift card with the amount of the purchase on it. She refused to let me speak with the manager who was standing right behind her pretending not to hear me. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager but she wouldn’t let me. I offered to leave my phone number for the manager to contact me when they weren’t busy as I need to leave and she refused and kept yelling at me so I walked out without my food or refund.

Been twice, they have a real difficult time taking a simple order of a plain bagel and a pork sausage patty. Got it right the first time, not so much the second. Will be looking for a new location or just stick with Panera for my bagels

I ordered my favorite bagel and my favorite coffee. I got the correct bagel, but it was covered in the most disgusting cream cheese they have which is one of the only cream cheeses that I absolutely hate. So it was the wrong cream cheese, which ruined the bagel so I had to just throw it out. Then I was grateful that I at least had my coffee. When I went to take a sip of my vanilla Cold brew, there was no vanilla in it and the coffee was disgusting. So I had to throw out my entire meal for today. Very disappointing.
I chose not to go back because I don’t like to be someone who returns my food and I don’t want to make anyone feel bad at the store. But it was really disappointing and I ended up having to go get breakfast somewhere else.

I love to go here for breakfast! The staff always greet me with a smile, they are very friendly and professional. The bagels are fresh and delicious so my sandwich is perfect every time. I will continue going back. I highly recommend trying this location in Riverton.

I usually don’t leave reviews on places but I usually go to the Herriman location. I’ve tried going to this location Twice now since it’s closer to my home in riverton. I paid $3.00 for extra brisket and they pretty much cheaped me out of it. I also asked for an Asiago bagel with my Texas brisket sandwich and they charged me for it. But when I’ve opened the bag I still get the regular jalapeño cheddar bagel . This has happened to my order twice now and I hope it gets addressed incase people have food allergies

Update: Wow, worst people ever working here on Sunday morning. We ordered a bakers dozen bagels and shmear for breakfast. And FOUR of the 13 bagels were RAISIN. Not one everything bagel in sight. So whomever packed our box that day is soulless. It felt like ordering the bakers dozen was a way for them to get rid of the bagels no one wants. Everyone was confused and disappointed.

The vanilla and the caramel iced coffees are very good, especially if you like your coffee sweet. The avocado toast is usually really, really good, but the bagel wasn’t toated this time. I didn’t know I had to specify that I wanted it toasted. Kind of a bummer but still good.
