Lockport location. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Line is always short. Always scared silent teenagers working there. All questions are answered in a confusing way. I always order incorrectly (“no that’s the sundae, and that doesn’t have a cookie”). Ice cream melts 30 seconds after receiving. (Enjoy the cold soup). Tastes good though. Cookies are amazing, lots of options, but expensive for size. $5. Overall expensive. Nice dine-in area, basic, clean. Bring your money and have a few cookies.

Cookie selection was great but in two separate cookies we found a long strand of hair baked into the cookie – unfortunately it is not my first experience with them where this has happened over the years. Just disappointing that this has happened now more than once after giving them a few opportunities. Workers seem very nice but won’t be back now after this happening twice.

Half Baked was such a welcome addition to Lockport when they opened. We’ve been here at least once a month and the cookies are good. The staff has been super hands off and unwelcoming each visit recently and this past experience was all around awful. For $4 a cookie, I wasn’t expecting raw dough. I’m a huge fan of gooey cookies, but this is just plain raw. The employee didn’t even look up when we walked in, it was just cold all around. I want to love them, it’s great to have another local bakery, but this is just disappointing.

Cookies that are meals! Oh so good. I had the chocolate peanut butter cookie and I’m pretty sure it’s the first cookie that I ate show just to enjoy it! My son had the half baked sundae and struggled to pick one cookie and one ice cream because a majority of the flavors they had where his favorite!
