Moved here 6 months ago. Ordered a whopper with cheese meal with extra mayo and a whopper junior. While waiting, they have someone mopping the floor. No signs out they were mopping. Anyone, could have slipped and fell. There is a line at the register. Girl is still mopping instead of helping the register. They had the bathroom doors locked and you need a code to use the bathroom. Mind you this is not in the ghetto. It’s in a nice shopping center. The whopper meal comes out without the cheese so we take it back and they charge us the extra 95 cents for the cheese and now it comes back without the extra mayo. People are waiting for their food. Floors are wet. No one can use the bathrooms without the code. Another customer complains her food is not prepared correctly. No customer service given at this location. We won’t be going back. Sad its the only location in Millsboro.

Save yourself the headache with this location, whatever you do, don’t go.
They are option for mobile ordering didn’t even exist, although I was still allowed to place my order and get charged.
Ordered my food, entire order incorrect.
Had to go back in twice to fix. To put a bow on all of their excuse of a chicken sandwich was two chicken tenders with two top buns (see photo).
An absolute waste of money. Again, save yourself the hell and go to a different location.

Order was wrong. Whoppers were cold, missing any real flavor. Lettuce was old and wilted, tomatoes should be in the garbage. Went inside they need better help…you see where it went

It’s a Burger King… a slow one… but if you stopped to grab food to go and use the restroom, be prepared to bring your food into the restroom because the code comes on the receipt. Gross!!!!

This is not a small (21 oz) size this is a value (16oz) size. This burger king tries to play people. When I asked to up size the order to a large they told me it would be $4 dollars extra per meal ( it was a 2 small whopper meal for 8.99). I have used this coupon in many locations here in Delaware as well as in NY. Only millsboro and Georgetown try to play you by giving you smaller sizes! I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

We go here every Thursday night for whoppers. The facility is always very clean and the employees are mostly of a Spanish decent.. but they are always very polite and offer fast service.. tables are always clean and the workers area is always clean as well.. you do need a code to use the restrooms and the code is on your receipt.

Decided that I would do burger King today and got all the way to work to open my bun and find a half frozen chicken patty.. really, then i call back to store, and was told they were in inspection and to call back then just hangs up. Never AGAIN

My business partner and I have been to Burger Kings all around. This one has the best burgers no doubt, you can really taste the flame broiled meat.
Sadly I only ate one and got severe heartburn, saved the second burger, which also ruined me the next day probably the last BK trip, but it was great.
