I just ordered Starbucks from Uber eats. And normally when I order I do not have any issues. But today’s experience was nothing but disappointment. I ordered a venti soy pistachio latte and it literally looks like someone took a small coffee and just dumped it into the cup and it’s nothing but foam. So I basically paid almost $9 for a coffee just for it to be less than half with the coffee and then all foam!! Update. Ended up going to the Starbucks and the worker was very sympathetic and felt bad. She went out of her way to fix my drink and make it right. And she even went as far as writing so sorry about that hope you have a nice day on my cup unfortunately I couldn’t get it all in the picture. I appreciate that I was able to get my drink fixed and the kindness of the staff. Thank you

Customer service suck. I told them my order 20x and they still could get it right. Gave them cash and they couldn’t give me my money back. Manager kal didnt resolve nothing just taking up for the blonde hair guy at the drive thru. Then came inside still got the order messed up ‍♀️ never had the problem at Starbucks and I go to Starbucks all the time this location sucks. Sloppy work

Mariah is one of the most disrespectful workers I have ever met. She is extremely rude to new customers who are asking questions about items on the menu, even told me if I want recommendations to go to TikTok and find drink ideas rather than helping like every other barista.

This is a new location from the old one… updated, customer friendly service, and new. Everything was spot on. The old location was around the corner. Plus, this one has a drove thru.

I was on this side of town and revisted this Starbucks. The barista was Wes, who greeted you when you entered to place your order. Wes has great customer service skills and was very friendly and made my order just the way I requested

Standard Starbucks. Medium sized facility in a strip plaza just of the highway. Employees were friendly the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy at the time I visited. Indoor only seating and plenty of points to plug in at. Clean interior not too loud inside.

Do not go to this location. My mother came home crying due to rude a disrespectful staff members. My mother and I always order a white lighting with cold foam. It is always made in a venti cup. But they put the drinks in a tall cup !? We pay 1.45 for the cold foam alone. Why would they think it could even fit into a tall cup? So she asked the barista Julie to make it in the venti cup. The employee then told my mom it doesn’t go in the venti cup and she was wrong ? NOT ok! It is Starbucks policy to make a new drink for the customer if they are not satisfied. These drinks were over 5 dollars.

Either an over turn or barista just don’t care, I live right across the street, I ask for the same drink everyday and you never know how it’s going to taste never consistent. You can ask for less icec still
going to feel the cup up, you can ask for less sweet still going to give 3 oz of sugar, you can write all the cute gestures on a cup but if you can’t follow ingredients or give the customer preference what’s the point, I think the notes on my cup just make it more upsetting lol
