Welcome to our basement bar in Breckenridge, hidden like a secret, with a back bar full of rare bottles and no patience for shortcuts or celebrity labels. Every pour here is additive-free, hand-selected, and fiercely loved. Many bottles come from single barrel picks, unknown producers, or brands so small they don’t even don’t even use the word “tequila” or “mezcal” on the label. That’s not a flaw — that is the point. So happy this place opened up in town! First of all, every single person working here is so fun and friendly. The cocktails are phenomenal (especially the hot in here). Bonus: any of their cocktails can be freshly made and canned right in front of you which is amazing! We loved their tacos too Chicken tinga and chorizo were probably our favorites but you can’t go wrong with any order. Can’t wait to go back soon! Amazing vibes all around. Highly recommend

What a cool and unique Apres spot!! The service was amazing, food delicious and the drinks unique! Mike and Joe made us several N/A cocktails featuring their homemade cordials and tasty recipes. Definitely try the Doggie Bowl and fries . The vintage split-flap train station sign is really fun to watch, never know what messages might pop up!

I can not say enough good things about this place – excellent drinks, service, and atmosphere. We tried everything on the menu – our favorite tacos were the chicken tinga protein. We were a group of 6 on a busy night – they found a way for us to sit at the bar while we waited for the table, and then reserved the table for us. Such a sweet, caring, and personable staff. The staff clearly had a great relationship with each other, they made you feel like their friends. The atmosphere was modern and cool, yet small and intimate. Please go give them a try – after a single visit we know we will become regulars. All people around us seemed to have the same idea – wanting to enjoy the place again, along with feeling like you were supporting family. Also, my husband (pictured) got an huge modello just because he could – I had no idea that the came that big. The staff gave him a lovely hard time, our group loved it. All the stars!!!!!

What a cool new place in Breckenridge! So original and personable! Started off with an incredible wait staff! We ordered The Howling Dog- DELICIOUS! The chicken tinga and carne asada tacos were the best! Finished with the Tres Churros A La Mode! Perfect place to end the day with friends! So happy to see a brand new place open out for a night out!

Perro Negro was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is super cool, vibrant, and instantly inviting. What truly made the night exceptional was the outstanding service from Molly, Sarah, and Mike, who were all so personable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming to our entire group. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of without ever feeling rushed. Between the amazing service, the great energy, and the overall vibe, Perro Negro is absolutely a place we’ll be excited to return to. The drinks were also very good, super cool and fit the vibe of the place perfectly!

Amazing cocktails and food! It reminded me of The Bad Kitty in Vail which is one of my favorite bars. Had the clarified margarita and a gin & tonic which were both great. The gin was from Mexico which I thought was really unique. The loaded fries were so good and worth a try. Definitely check this place out.
