I gave this place a second chance, and it was a waste of time. They said they were out of white rice and pico de gallo which turned out not to be true. After I paid, I saw plenty of pico sitting on the pickup side. When I asked for a small side, Santiago on the line snapped that it was “only for pickup orders” and refused. It made zero sense, I was basically picking up food, and the attitude was unnecessary.
To make it worse, they didn’t label the bowls, and they forgot my kids’ chips, unbelievable.
I’m sure I’ll get another canned apology from Chipotle, but nothing ever gets fixed. I’ve reached out before and they simply don’t care. This location clearly puts convenience for themselves over basic customer service.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering here.
No greetings when we arrived, the first thing the women at the counter said “We only accept cash”. Anyway, I ordered 2 kids’ meals, a salad, and a bowl. The women at the counter gave us small kids’ portions. She said (with an attitude) portions are 4oz, and if I had more than that in another location, it was because of whoever was serving was generous (I guess she meant she was not going to be as generous as other Chipotles around the US).
Portions in the bowl and salads were fine, but meat was way smaller than usual.
I also asked for 2 sides of shredded cheese and one red salsa. When paying, they were charging me for the sides of cheese, something that I have never been charged before in any other Chipotle, since regular sides are usually complementary.
When asking why they were charging me for the sides, the cashier, Lorena, said (with an attitude) it was because extra sides were an extra cost. I said I had never paid for extra cheese before in any Chipotle around the US, and Lorena said I had to this time. I decided to take the cheese out of my bag. When leaving, I asked if they were going to charge me for napkins as well. The guy at the counter nodded his head… unbelievable.
Service was bad. The women working there had a bad attitude. They didn’t even mark the bowls to distinguish who ordered what, and my husband ended up eating my bowl. Also, they were out of veggies and fruit for the kids’ meal. The only small orange they gave me was old and tasted bad. Chips tasted old as well.
The service experience in this location ruined my evening. The owner of this location should do something about the staff and their training.
I would give ZERO stars to this Chipotle location if I could.
First thing the chicken was almost gone, I asked if they had fresh chicken (I could see 3 containers next to the cooking station ready to go out), the young lady looked back and said no. I could see the chicken was dry and needed to be rotated as it was almost gone.
I just bit my tongue and ordered chicken anyways, the young lady put this small measly scoop of chicken in the bowl. I asked for a little bit more, the lady said you want double, I replied if that’s what you call it then yeah.
After my wife and I ordered and were paying, we then noticed they then put out new fresh chicken!!
The people who work at this location need more proper training and MANAGEMENT/ corporate to reevaluate this location’s operations to be up to the standard for customers and consumers.
The location we normally go to we are treated with respect as consumers who care about what we put in our bodies.
In the end I wear dentures and the chicken was tough, I could not eat it and it did not taste like other locations (I always order the same thing). It went in trash.
I agree with the other comment(s) about dirty tables. While I don’t expect sit down restaurant service, clean places to eat seem like a reasonable expectation.
