To be honest, the chicken tikka was very good. But the goat biriyani was close to room temperature. It lacked salt, it lacked flavor.
We ordered chai, it came very near to room temperature. To their credit, they warmed it up after we asked them. But the expectation is it should come hot.
People seemed nice. But a lot more is desired.

Caterered 2 pans of hyderabadi biryani for a party which didn’t taste anything like hyderabadi biryani. All the guests were disappointed at the amount of oil the biryani had and also the taste was as if I am eating colored rice with a masala from pre-packaged box mixes.
Pakorey were all soggy so it was waste of money.
The only thing I would recommend and giving 1star is for mirchi ka salan which they gave us for free.
Called the restaurant to complain and the manger name Syed, who manages is rude and disrespectful. Rather than helping and listening to feedback he stated be sure to add that I gave you a discount on your order and you didn’t pay taxes bec you paid cash on my review so here it is Syed I am mentioning it but this doesn’t justify the horrible taste and worst customer service.
If you are looking for hyderabadi biryani, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
Note: they didn’t even tell us about the change in their management. We ordered from them bec they were called Shahi Biryani and Shahi Biryani in Glendale heights has the best Hyd biryani. Only if I knew about the change in management I would’ve cancelled my order.
