Great burritos made quick! Stripes has fresh potatoes and eggs which make all the difference in the burritos. Chile isn’t spicy but is quite flavorful. The prices are also extremely competitive, where you can get a breakfast cheaper than most national chains. They serve piñon coffee which is a nice plus. Staff are always friendly at this location and they are efficient.
Also, don’t sleep on the chicken sandwich and fries… not a place I would expect to get one but they are very good.

I used to really like this place. It was my favorite place for burritos. Recently, it seems the ingredients have dropped in quality, but I was still eating here. However tonight I tried ordering 4 burritos, the workers told me it would take a very long time to have my order ready. I asked why, they said because they make everything fresh. I asked how long is a “long time”, he said over 20 minutes. It feels like they just didn’t want to make my order and wanted to get rid of me. So, the workers convinced me to find dinner elsewhere, which I’ll do every time I think of Stripes from now on.

A friend and I have been to other Stripes locations, but this one offered up a special type of bad. While our burritos were good, the service and atmosphere were severely lacking. Upon walking in, we noticed there are only two high-top tables for dining in; one of which was being occupied by an employee on break. The other table had not been wiped down and had a lot of crumbs. I took a few paper towels from the restroom and wiped the table down myself, all while three staff members watched (four if you include the staff person on break). There was no trashcan in the dining area/lobby, so I sat the used paper towels aside. The cashier had a hard time processing our order of two burritos and two coffees, which she forgot to give us while we waited for our burritos to be prepared. After 5 minutes, I asked if we could have our coffees (not delicious & very watery) and she looked confused but did hand them to us. Did not ask if we wanted cream or sugar. When I returned to the counter to ask for those condiments, she gave me a handful of each but provided no coffee stirrer. I asked for a straw, she handed me an unwrapped knife, which she used her entire hand to give to me. Ugh! The manger person, our cashier, and one other cashier proceeded to have not very professional conversations about other (not present) coworkers. After there was a lull in business, manager person (not dressed in anything resembling a uniform) decides to enjoy a lollipop and stare at my friend and I from behind the counter. Awkward!
On the plus side, the two gentlemen who were making burritos seemed a lot more friendly than the 4-pack of unenthused cashiers.

Stripes was my favorite place to stop for a burrito. But lately quality has been trash or idk if it’s just this location. Twice I have ordered here their chicharrón burrito and twice its been cold.. im telling you the cheese won’t even melt and the chicharrón is stale and Itty bitty like they are scraps. Currently looking for a new burrito spot. What a disappointment

This is the best stripes in town. Its hard to find good help. I stop a couple times a week at different drive throughs. This is the only place that gets my order right every time.

I have always been a fan of this location. In the last 2 weeks, I’ve had 4 hairs (on different days) wrapped into my breakfast burritos. At first I brushed it off but it’s been a consistent problem. The most recently being this morning. Hoping this review will be enough to reinforce hairnets to solve the problem.

Arrived on Christmas Eve, got two chicken sandwich combos. Spicy thousand island all over the sandwich on top of greasy chicken… Also got a meat lovers burritos for lunch the eggs were undercooked and soggy! Will not eat here again! Worried I got sick from undercooked eggs and gross lunch. The fries were the best part of the meal..

I got a chicharron lunch burrito. The burrito was cold and cheese was not even melted. The lady taking orders in the drive through was rude, snippy and unpleasant to interact with.
Update:
After reading through some other reviews, it seems to be a trend that this stripes location serves cold food and has rude staff. What is going on here? Does Stripes want customers to return or not? I definitely won’t be back.

We went here for breakfast before our road trip…. And let me tell you and even show you how amazing their burritos are. This was the meat lovers one and it was so good! Highly recommend. We also bought 4 more different kinds and they were all amazing. Try it out !!!

Update January 2026: delicious chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in cheese and red chile! February 2025: Delicious green chile cheese fries. Extra large portion. Some for now and later. Also added kid’s breakfast burrito add bacon and red. Kid’s burrito the size of regular burrito! Also made it a combo with a small piñon coffee. So good! Tons of leftovers. 2022: Ten star food and service! Even though tons of cars in drive thru got to place my order in around 5 minutes or less! I always order chicken finger basket at around 9:30a and save it for lunch. They are happy to make it that early which has my vote! Must try the burritos…Also excellent customer service!
