The food was good. There was a slight language barrier between the worker and me, but everything ended up correct without any issues. My biggest gripe is the lack of seating at this location. There isn’t much to begin with and then you have Walmart employees hanging out there on their break. So we had to eat in the car.

So the food is good the facility is clean but it rates really poor and I want to tell you why.

There should not be somebody working the cashier with English as a second language or even a fourth language. By this I mean I had to repeat my order at least 10 times I had a point to stuff using hand signals.
This guy was super slow he should get an award for being so slow he would win the world’s slowest pace award.

Every single time we come here, there is an issue. There have been multiple instances where they’ve told us they can’t make us food because “they don’t have any bread” when there is a full oven of bread sitting right behind them. The customer service here is terrible

I was served spoiled ranch on my pickup order, a BLT wrap. Took one bite and could immediately tell it was bad. The ranch was an off, tan color. A complete was a $9 and my lunch break.

If I could give this place a -20 I would. I ordered thru door dash (which I’m aware is not them). Well the dasher did not deliver my food. So DoorDash connected me with them so I could tell them what happened. I was met with hostility. They then hung up on me. Hoping it was simply a mistake I called them back and they lady wanted to yell at me, tell me they were not going to remake it , and that I was lying. I let them know since I’m at work there are cameras to prove I’m not lying. I just want my money refunded. They hung up on me again. I understand DoorDash is separate but the manner in which they handled this was completely diluted. Reading more reviews this seems to be just how they operate. Avoid at all cost!

I don’t usually have any issues with this location but why do they NOT ACCEPT coupons? What’s the point of Subway the company offering the option to use coupons when the stores won’t accept em? Just to get you in the store thinking because you’re there that you won’t leave once they deny you? Not me! There’s too many other options.

Just came from this store. There is a lady who was rude and did not accept the coupons I provided. This is the first time I used it and was a pretty bad experience. Its not about the coupon, but her behavior. 03/01/24 – 5 PM. The owner should look at it. Also, subway should stop providing these junk coupons, which always goes in my trash.

Ordered through the app, showed them my confirmation receipt. The owner told me there is a glitch in his system and that even though I paid and corporate has my money that he will not give me my food?!
Extremely unprofessional throwing the customer around and not accepting responsibility. They said it’s not the first time either!
Either get off the app (which you advertise on the TV in store) or fulfill the orders! You can’t turn down customers after they paid and subway has their money!

If there is an issue between the store and corporate. We shouldn’t be made to pay for it!!

My first bad experience at any subway store. Very very disappointed.
Save your money and time. Go some where else.

Racist experience at this location. I watched the person that made the sandwiches make 5 sandwiches before they made my own and all where made with a generous amount of meat and toppings at no additional charge. When it came to making my sandwich, they skimmed on my meat. When I asked why, I was told the spoons were different. Then I said not the utensil used to give it but rather than the portion size was so little. I was told that the meat was different. So I asked if chicken is more expensive than steak as I was getting chicken. Got no response from the worker. So I said I guess it’s because the people you served were different. Again, no response. Then I wanted cookies and a fly was in the cookie display. I asked if there was a fresh batch and the worker rolled her eyes and said no. Horrible customer service. Will not return and will spread the word.
