If you are a student, Chick FilA is unsatisfactory not filling as a meal with the meal plan exchange option. It is an easy way to burn through your dining dollars just to get a satisfactory meal that will relieve you of your hunger!!
To add to the disappointment, they ask for your first name and last initial and then print your Last Initial in lowercase font!!
I don’t know how many Emilys are on campus, but I’m sure there’s an “Emily I” somewhere potentially, and I am not that person.
This has nothing to speak of the times that I’ve been called Emma!
I don’t think the workers are able to hear most of the time, but this happens even when it’s not busy.
Train your workers how to use a cash register properly.
Chick-fil-A is too hyped up that they don’t believe they have to deliver good service or good food.

The chicken sandwich was awesome, especially because it was cooked and well prepared. The waffle fries were fresh and salted an appropriate amount. The service was fast, and the employees were happy. I definitely recommend going to this establishment.

You cant use your proxy number to purchase food. A proxy number is associated with an account with money on it so it doesn’t make sense that I can’t use it. Seems like stealing.

Subpar food and overcrowded 24/7. There is a separate line for paying customers. The fries are always undercooked, the buns are always soggy. The tables are dirty and are cleaned only at close. Terrible system to receive food. Rude undertrained employees exc…. AVOID

This restaurant is on Cedarville University campus. It’s a very big Chick-fil-A and has a slightly non-standard menu. There are no Coke products or chicken tenders. There is also no drive thru. It’s usually very crowded, but the line does move fast.

They do an amazing job of moving people through and getting people what they want. Only downside is a smaller menu. No wraps, salad or breakfast. But you can walk to tossed to get wraps and salads.
