The menu shows correct pricing for national promotions, but after ordering the price is ALWAYS different on the screen. You tell them the price is wrong and they immediately fix it without any discussion or pushback—they know what they’re doing. This is fraud and theft.

The food was better than an average McDonalds. The place could have used a little more of a cleaning. The kiosks for ordering food were a little hard to use. Nice that there were outlets around the place for charging though.

This place has been good in the past but it was so busy and I waited way longer than I should have for 2 apple pies and actually had to ask them for my order. It doesn’t make any sense that my order isn’t their priority because its only 3 dollars.

I really want to support my local McDonald’s, but not after what I saw today. I watched a local get a order off the counter, and proceed to take a water bottle to fill up at the counter. A supervisor, or at least a manager was taking a order to another table and told this woman she needed to keep her dog on a leash which she was off the leash, I will give him that. Meanwhile, in the corner there was a man that had his dog sitting next to HIM IN A BOOTH EATING WITH THE DOG AT THE TABLE! The dog was sitting at the table with the owner, eating at a table & not a word was said to him! The people working here are decent most of the time I’m in here, but I was stunned! If you don’t like people or don’t like the work you do, maybe this job is not for you! I’ve tried to think that maybe some of the new people hired here in the last couple of months haven’t got the menu or need some training, but for a person in that position having that kind of attitude with customers is disappointing. I feel bad for not only the customers but the employees. All I would want to see is this place do better!

I would rather drive to the Granby McDonald’s and never order from this McDonald’s again. They make things off of the menu the way they think they should be not the way every single McDonald’s in America makes it big backs may be missing Mac sauce and even a patty and your cafés won’t have blooded ice just straight ice cubes they will do this instead of telling you that something is broken or missing.

Complained about giving sweet n sour sauce because it’s 29 cents which is crazy because we got over 20 nuggets in total and also forgot our kids meal juice boxes, and the lady on the speaker was rude and had no manners

Service is terrible. Food is either overcooked or not cooked very rude. When you ask them to fix the order they messed up.

I wish that I can put 0. Worse McDonald’s ever – they don’t clean snow around, so my son fall down. Cashier doesn’t know menu at all. Manager is rude and treats customers very bad. I asked for decaf cappuccino, paid for it and they made regular. I can’t handle caffeine and asked to redo it. Daniel said it’s impossible and returned money and took a drink. They didn’t offer decaf coffee with milk. Service is super slow. Restrooms are very dirty.

wow wow wow. as the only other fast food place in winter park i had high hopes that this would be good. we ordered 5 hash browns, 2 coffees, and a burrito/mcfuffin. we received our iced coffeees and they were delish at the start, a few minutes later it started to taste like caramel milk with ice. they told us to pull to the next window and we sat there for around 12 minutes. we had 8 cars past us during this time. next, we received food and had grease everywhere. we had grease all over the napkins too. once it bite into my hash brown it was over cooked, all of ours were actually. in the picture you can see it was just crisp. no good cooked potatoes. both of my hash browns after finishing had PILES of grease sitting there. in the photo you can see one of them and the other one was probably x2 of that. very dissatisfied and will taking my buisness to wendy’s.
