I ordered a pizza for a party hours in advance for a 245 pm pick up. I arrived at 245 pm and was told they haven’t started on the order. 30 mins is what they told me when I got there. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come back to this location. What is the point of ordering ahead if they aren’t going to honor it!? How about giving a call and tellin me so I can order the food from another location!? I had a hungry party of kids waiting on me too.

I love dominoes bread bowls but let me tell you I had the worst experience ever tonight. Picture tells all. Ordered an Italian sausage breadbowl. Undercooked inside, piled high with sauce, NO CHEESE at all. Just terrible. This store was great when it opened but the quality has went down hill.

I asked for a specialty pizza which is barbecue chicken, which is my favorite. You have to have barbecue on there in order to taste the barbecue chicken. I literally have a chicken and cheese pizza when I went back inside and was like hey is this a barbecue chicken where is the barbecue? He pointed to a corner where there was a little bit of sauce and said it’s the base layer Please see the picture he never offered like do you want me to remake it or would you like a side of barbecue no kind of customer service at all.

worst dominoes pizza I ever have received. Literally what did you do to this to make it look this bad? Worst thing is that I called the store and the manager said since we took a slice from one pizza that they can’t remake that pizza because ” if it looked good enough to eat it then I don’t have to remake it”.. like I ate the one decent looking slice because at the end of the day we were starving and pizza is pizza.. but for what we paid for this big order it didn’t deserve to be like this and just expected us to not say anything. They said they had to come get it and ” inspect” it. I’m not honestly someone who likes to complain, but this is unacceptable. We opted to have it remade ( the pizza that we didn’t take a slice from ) but he said it’s would take 45-50 minutes. We agreed. A minute later we decided to just call back and ask for a refund, we didn’t want to wait. The manager was more pleasant this time and offered us a refund for the entire pizza order and they would leave this pizza here. So that’s the only reason I gave it two stars.

Ordered on Uber eats. And literally watch my delivery guy drive off after the lady told me too go outside the boss at night stated I got into an altercation over the phone when I wasnt even being hostile or nothing. This is ridiculous. Oh and also they dont answer the phone!!!!! If you do get ahold of someone on the phone dont complain or they might think ur yelling at them and cancel your order! Beware. Now I have too wait too get my money back because they canceled it. Smh

Awesome/ busy- crazy / but rocking my pizzas!! I guess after 5 days without power and water, everyone’s ready! Online ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks and was told 27 minutes to come and get it. Was done in time but had to park illegally. It was the first time parking lot was full! Got home with my hot pizzas and cinnamon twists. Everyone here very happy too. Bless all the people making pizzas and keeping it running so smoothly with so many orders!

I don’t understand why my girlfriend ordered from this location, but I pulled out human hair brown hair, which is none of us have brown in this house, but I don’t have brownie and I have black hair and my girlfriend so we try to call them. They put us for a hold because they closing right now. I used to work for the 1920 Sam bass Rd. Domino’s Pizza by the 711 I used to be a supervisor in there and quality was number one if I ordered from Domino’s again, it will be from them, bro anyways this freaking pizza place I wouldn’t order unprofessional last time. I tried to pick up pizza and I see the guy trying to smoke his nicotine or whatever he He wasn’t been professional. I was trying to order three pizzas and it came out over $50. I don’t even understand how he made that up anyway anyways I’m professional I wouldn’t order from this place. I would order from home. Slice home slice for life.
