I got a sandwich that was on special and it was definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. That goes for the key lime pie I had as well, and I’m picky about my key lime pie. This was the perfect spot for lunch after a day on the slopes!

Came here for the past 4 days every morning for breakfast and service was always fast and efficient, but my last day here, I ordered the breakfast sandwich, tipped $3 for my $12 order, and literally waited 20 minutes. People came after me that got their food immediately. When I checked, they said “I’m expediting the order” to wait another 10 minutes after she said it.

Truly a great bakery with tasty food in almost every category…. I wish I could just stop there. However, I have been to the bakery for the last two days in a row and the service has been unbelievably bad. From the moment I walked in with my family, I felt unwelcome and belittled. Everything we ordered was either out of stock or not something they recommended. And on the first day, when we came in 30 minutes till closing we were told no less than four times that we could not stay on the premises. Come here for food that’s good when they occasionally have what you like in stock and when you wanted to get treated like a vagrant who overstayed their welcome in a Walmart.

We were a little disappointed in our food. The ciabatta Bread on my breakfast sandwich was stale. The sandwich had very little bacon and egg on it. The salmon bagel did not taste fresh. I ordered a croissant and got a scone. The gluten free banana bread was good.

Everything is great about this place except for their phone service – it’s EXTREMELY irritating not being able to get in touch with an actual person. Essentially, when you call, you get passed around to different automated answering systems telling you to order online, but not all things can be handled online. So if you have a question, you’re screwed. If they fixed this or just hired someone to work the phones, then they would be a 5/5.

Food was good but it took FOREVER to get our breakfast burritos. By the time we got them they were lunch burritos.
