Store #1501865 in Greeneville is the best Hardee’s in the country. It operates like a well-oiled machine. The employees are consistently kind, friendly, and helpful, and you never see anyone standing around. They are always busy cleaning, restocking, and taking care of customers.
It’s always the same team, which speaks volumes about the quality of management. People stay where they feel respected and valued. The food is excellent as well.

I typically go to this location for breakfast. It is normally good for breakfast but I would not recommend for anything other than that. Everytime I visit this location, there is an nessisary wait time. For example, yesterday I went here for their “Tender Tuesday” special. I was the only one in the drive thru with the exception of one car ahead of me that was pulled up past the window. I was not greeted when pulled up. After 10 minutes passed, I received my order. Mind you I placed it 10 minutes ahead of time on the app. I assumed I was waiting for fresh chicken considering the wait time. When I got home I had noticed I received old dry chicken. That looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. I do not recommend this location for any lunch or dinner items.

Krystal took good care of us through the drive through today and every time we go inside Aaron the manager is super helpful and kind. The food is super good and fresh weather it’s been breakfast or recently started getting the chicken sandwiches for lunch. The biscuits are always good and the desserts are good as well. Thanks to Krystal, Aaron and the whole team for giving us consistently great food and service!

Let me just start off by saying this Sunday morning took me for a huge surprise, I ran out of time and was in a big hurry and the places I usually go for breakfast we’re all packed. I stopped at the Hardee’s that was up the road and decided to go inside even though the line was long. I was very much took by surprise when my order was taken very quickly and by time I grabbed my cup to go fill it my order was already done! If you want an amazing breakfast in a Flash, I definitely recommend hardee’s!! That was the fastest breakfast I have ever been served in my 26 years of living. I just wanted to say an outstanding job to every employee that was serving breakfast this morning, the food was absolutely delicious, not made sloppy, and the people were just overall outstanding. Most definitely will be back for many mornings to come!

We took our granddaughter out to dinner here. The food was a big disappointment. The food wasn’t fresh. The lettuce was old. The French fries were under cooked. The soda was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

Inconsistent! Hot or miss with this location. If ordering the same meal for 2 people, 1 of you will probably be very dissatisfied. It’s hit or miss at this location. Maybe the owner just lost interest in it, who knows. Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer.
Update: 1-10-24: tried the candied bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and it had 2 little pieces of bacon. For $10.29! Really Hardee’s? I’ve given y’all another chance, 3 times! Pals will get my business from now on.
