I visit the cafe very often but always experienced a service by girls with lousy face filled with attitude and rudeness..yet continue coming because of the food.
But this time it was very different and so fantastic. The boy named Kaden was so polite, attentive to what i wanted and provided an outstanding customer service. Everytime i ask for a “warmed” cookie and the girl “heats” it up, dumps it in the bag where all the cream/caramel sticks in the bag.
But this boy packed it beautifully in a bag and considered my willingness to very much have the cream too. Hope more employees like him are hired. Thanks for the wonderful service and a classic experience…
1 out of 4 times they get my order wrong (says its 2 milk 2 sugar but never tastes the same) on top of barely ever having everything bagels ready (I would try once at 530 am and again at 3, they would never have any) as well as tea biscuits.
I’ve gone back to get it straightened out once, but after it keeps happening I just get tired of it, so I stopped going for a few months, just started making coffee at home.
Today was the first day I’ve been back in months and I ordered a coffee and cheese tea biscuit. The coffee was OK but they gave me a raisin tea biscuit instead.
Instead of the worker giving me another cheese tea biscuit she says they don’t have any and I’ll have to wait for them to put some on (odd that they didn’t have some already on) but I opted for tidbits and a coffee for free for my troubles.
Not only does the lady refuse the coffee but then makes remarks to me about how “I should have checked the bag before I left” as if its my job to check every single time to make sure my order is right.
If I have to check my bag everytime to make sure what I got was correct, then your incompetent at the job and should re-evaluate how you approach your job.
Its actually amazing how often this location screws up an order, and the balls to try and say its my fault for not checking the bag is wild.
0/10, find competent workers, because I will never purchase anything from there again, and to be honest, this may be the last nail in the tim hortons coffin for me.
