This Jack in the Box seems to be heavily drive through focused but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in any way inside. The atmosphere while slightly lonely is still great. The customer service is really good and they seem to have good people helping the elderly and such.

I never thought it was possible to get the same order wrong twice in less than 30 minutes. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese and a value menu chicken sandwich. What they gave me was my value menu chicken sandwich and a junior jumbo Jack with cheese so I went in and told them they gave me a junior jumbo Jack so they would fix my order. So they fixed my order they took my value menu chicken sandwich and gave me a jumbo Jack with cheese and left the junior jumbo Jack with cheese in the bag.
I placed my order on the Jack in the box app so they would not mess up on my order and they still managed to mess it up.

the lady that took my order seemed like she was in a rush not a very good start, i ordered a spicy crispy sandwich mean and the sandwich was cold once i received it on top of that it tasted a little weird. i had to throw it out and the fries were cold also! restroom was very dirty. i will not be returning to this location again.
