One of the friendliest Arby’s I have ever been in. Ordered 2 sandwiches and the manager that day was very kind, brought out my order quickly and gave some extra coupons. Good job Redmond team.

The place seemed clean, the staff were very pleasant & helpful, but the food was disappointing. Their new Italian sub did not look at all like the picture. It’s very small & soaked with a thick sauce that I think was mostly mayonnaise. The crinkle fries looked like they were straight out of a freezer bag & were over-salted.

Ordered online. Drove all the way to bend to find out i got curly fries instead of crinkle fries that I ordered. Don’t really like curly fries. This is my first time visiting this arbys, and I was not aware I needed to check my order to make sure it was correct. I tried to call the store, but no one answered. Then I tried the feedback but couldn’t do it because they put the sticker right over the store information I needed for the feedback site. I will be adding to this review if anything else it wrong with my order.

If i could give negative stars i would. I will never eat at a arbys again after seeing what my bf bit into that we got from here not to long ago. I wasnt gonna post about this but changed my mind beings ive been in the restaurant industry for 18yrs and i care about what ppl eat. Ne who when i called the store to deal with this matter, all the guy said was that they’d replace the food. And we just wanted our money back.

We love coming to this specific Arby’s location. They food is always hot and fresh. The staff are all polite and friendly, and the restaurant is clean.
Typically we use the Drive Thru as we are in town running errands. They always give my dog a biscuit and some water.
We all leave satisfied!
My go-to is The Classic Roast Beef.

*** I want the potato cakes back!!!! But I know that was Corporate’s decision and not this store’s.

It is sad when DoorDash delivery drivers believe they can park in handicap spots. When you ask them about it, they claim the manager said they can park in the handicap spots even though they are not handicapped. I certainly hope the manager at Arby’s does not really tell them this is allowed. They become belligerent and entitled when you ask they why they are in a handicapped spot. This lady was a horrible person.

I went thete today to correct an order from a previous day when I ordered the 5 piece fish only to get home and given three so, I called and talked to Jessica she told me to come back this week NO PROBLEM so, I did.
At that time I ordered the fish meal to replace the previous one and then a bacon Swiss schicken sandwich and a regular roast beef cheddar. Well, I guess when the guy tossed it at me in the wi dow in a stapled closed bag and didn’t give me a receipt I should have known something was wrong.
I get home which is outside Redmond only to find th at in the bag was 2 classic roast beef sandwich and in what was supposed to be my other was a dried out bun,chicken patty with dried cheese and bacon. There was no Lettuce, tomatoes or mayo NOTHING
I didn’t get a receipt in either bag so, nit sure what I paid for !!!!!!
Tried calling but, can’t get through because everyone is busy but, I am not sure what they are doing because obviously they aren’t doing orders.
Done won’t be back.

This location is usually pretty good. Once the manager told me I couldn’t modify a sandwich if I use a coupon to purchase it, but I think he realized that was ridiculous so I haven’t had that issue since. Edit 1 year later: I feel the need to show gratitude to this Arbys store and employees. My orders are always hot and fresh and the service is always amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Let me start off by saying that I do not leave bad reviews. (That is until this evening.) I hate to do it and I always try to put myself in the workers shoes, giving the benefit of the doubt. This one however, just really grinds my gears. It’s mostly the corporation that I am irritated with, not the employee that I dealt with, although, the employee was also incredibly rude and I feel as though she also deserves a delightful infamous shoutout.

A family member of mine was having quite the craving for a meal from this establishment, this establishment, being Arby’s, of course. I had some things to finish up before I made my way towards the restaurant, but I didn’t want to miss them before they closed so I decided to Google their hours of operation. I assumed that this was a reliable source, since it has never failed me in the past. It was an hour drive for me so when I left I gave myself 2 hours to make it. The extra hour was because I hate being that person that shows up right before closing when the workers are trying to get the place cleaned up so they can get home at closing time.
So I finally get there! I wait at the order board and nobody comes on. I call out and nothing… I decide to call the store and a women answered explaining that nobody came on because they had closed at 10 pm. ( it is now 10:06) and again, they are not supposed to be closing until 11pm. I then proceed to explain to the worker about the discrepancy in their google hours listed and her response was that they weren’t going to change it because they are unsure of how long the early closing will be lasting. So for however long now, people will be showing up until 11pm to a closed restaurant because it takes 10 minutes to call Google to update the time…. Make sense right? Now my issue with the women that was working is that she spoke to me as if I was stupid and I should have known they were closed. There was no apology or kindness whatsoever. She was rude and very matter of fact, “sucks to be you” attitude. I would justify her behavior if I had been being rude but I was not. I simply suggested she speak to her manager about updating the time so people don’t waste their time and gas money. After all of her rude responses I then proceeded to tell her that she could lose her poor attitude. Like what happened to customer service!!??
