There is a little old asian lady who works there who literally asked me at least 2-3 times if I wanted each topping. She would go like, ” Do you want green peppers on your sandwich?” Then I would say no and she would look down for a moment and then look up again and say ” Do you want green peppers on your sandwich?” She literally repeated this process for each topping at least 2 times. Then to make matters worse, I got my sandwhich to go and when I got home I broke it open only to find a big, disgusting, black hair in it. I basically just threw away money on bad service and disgusting food that I am not going to eat.

Prices have been raised so far this place is no longer worth it. 25$ for a sandwich drink and fries? I can get a steak with sides for that price. When it can out no fries. I told her. She walked back to the fryer and put a batch down. Turned to me and asked if I want fry Sauce. Turned grabbed it and handed it to me. Pulled the fries and handed them to me. Yup raw almost all the way thru. Meat was also over seasoned on the sandwich. Sad part this was my favorite Philly chain since I first went in 1989. But just can’t bring myself to do it again. At least the MT. Dew was good.

I used to love eating here but then they changed the bread they used and the seasoning to a much lower quality option and so I stopped going. It’s also disappointing that after this change they finally added their shop to Doordash. I would have ordered it a lot more back when it was good if it had been on Doordash (or even Grubhub) and not Postmates (which is way more expensive).

My wife and I both ordered original cheese steaks. Try as we might we couldn’t finish our sandwiches, they were delicious, we just ordered cheese and steak no veggies. I’ll definitely come here again.

First off, one meal was $27! My bread was hard. No mayo! The steak was dry and had no flavor. My large fry was more like a small/med. $1.25 for an extra fry sauce that was halfway full. I now know why there was no one in line for this place. Unfortunately, I use to love stopping here for a “Great Steak Combo” but not anymore.

We picked this at the food court because we were in a hurry and it was the only food establishment that didn’t have a line of people to order. Well now we know why! The bread was hard and stale, the meat was dry, the cheese tasted like easy cheese from a tube. We literally threw it in the trash after two bites. This place just needs to close.
