I’ve been here a few times with my family. My brother absolutely loves this place, so we ALWAYS come here for his birthday. Tonight my boyfriend and I came without the others. Everything was great. He got steak fried rice, crab stick sushi, and deep fried roll that I forget the name of. I had 2 orders of the white tuna sushi. Which is my favorite. I have a hard time finding it at other places apparently lol. I also got a Mexican bubble roll and a miso soup. Everything was great. Ticket times were pretty quick too.

This place had good reviews, so we decided to check it out, unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the hype.
We ordered the shrimp fried rice, and it was extremely plain. It was literally just rice, soy sauce, egg, and shrimp. No veggies at all, and no real flavor. Very bland.
Next, we tried two different types of salmon rolls (as shown in the picture). One was $6.00 and the other was $6.50. Definitely not worth it. The rice tasted old, and the fish didn’t taste fresh, which is disappointing for any sushi spot.
We also ordered a bento box. While it came with a decent amount of food, everything tasted like it had been premade and reheated. The chicken cutlet was sliced so thin you could barely taste the actual chicken. It also came with onion soup, but it arrived at room temperature.
I even took a picture of the receipt so you can see how much this meal cost and honestly, you’re better off saving your money and grabbing sushi from Publix right next door. Much fresher and far more satisfying.

Spicy salmon bowl appetizer was and generous portion and tasty. The salmon and shrimp hibachi was delicious. The food service seemed slow but our waiter was attentive. Definitely going back.

1st visit here and unsure if I would like to return. Only seen out waiter when he was bring us our food/Drink or taking our order. After that point he disappeared. My biggest thing is if I can keep my drink full and I only got 1 glass for the whole meal. When food made it out it had partially gotten cold. Flavor was good just cold. They had 3-5 staff at the register at a time.

I ordered udon noodles from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed to find what looked like a roach antenna in my food (see photo). This is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about cleanliness and food safety.
I lost my appetite immediately and could not finish my meal. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their sanitation practices. Customers should never have to worry about something like this being in their food.

I ordered from Yume Fusion through Uber Eats and even called the restaurant at 9:48 PM to make sure they packed the hot food separately from the sushi. I was assured they understood and would keep everything in different bags. Despite that, my order arrived with the hot food packed in the same bag as the sushi, and the sushi was warm.

Every body always kind and very good at their job best place in Middleburg to me and always good food and a box to go. The hibachi is not overly seasoned. If you like it strongly seasoned you can always ask.

Friday nights at my house after work are for rewarding delicious meals! Work hard all week and look forward to treating yourself. My wife wanted Hibachi, but we didn’t have time to go out and do the whole experience. She wanted to try Yume, and we were not disappointed.
The food from Yume Fusion was absolutely delicious. We spent around $60 for the Hibachi meals with extra rice. We received gigantic portions, with miso soup and salads. Again I am unexpectedly surprised at the portions, we have dinner for two nights.
I fully recommend buying from this restaurant, you will not be dissatisfied. The staff was quick, polite and professional.

DELICIOUS! I’ve been looking for a new go-to Japanese place for a while after my old one has consistently fallen short. I wish I had gone looking sooner because Yume beats out all the others I’ve tried in Clay County by far! I can’t believe I’ve missed out on this hidden gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, it’s well decorated and incredibly clean. Next, the service… our waitress checked on us multiple times, made sure everything was just right, and kept us great company with her wittiness. I truly enjoyed the experience. And most importantly the food… 10/10… everything was cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and the quality of the sushi was GREAT. Something that really bothers me when I get sushi is when it’s not the correct temperature. I’m a bit of a stickler for it and it can completely ruin my meal. In my opinion, a cold roll should be… we’ll, cold. And a baked roll should obviously be warm. Well, Yume absolutely delivered! The cold rolls were perfectly cold and the baked rolls were exactly as they should be. I have zero complaints. I’m so happy I found a new Japanese spot that checks ALL of the boxes. I can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu.

We order out from this restaurant at least twice monthly and its to the point of having to open the bags and go through each item individually and especially if you order the 16oz Shrim Sauce. Apparently, they can’t read simple orders and get it correct. We just ordered over 120$ worth of food with THREE 16oz shrimp sauces and of course, we received our order and guess what…ONLY ONE FREAKING SAUCE. Paid the extra for the larger size and still can’t seem to understand the difference btw a 1 and a 3 on the order notes. Then you call them and they can’t understand freaking English. Absolute last time I will spend money at this establishment and I will do my best to make sure I get others to quit going and take their business elsewhere.
