Easy way for my wife & I to have a light breakfast or a brunch. Fast and easy service on line, in person… now drive-thru. Had to revised to add Christmas helpers at Panera on N. Maize / 29th. Everyone was smiling.

New location and building design. Interior is very open, with high ceiling. Not a cozy atmosphere like previous structure and very noisy, despite only a few people inside. No bread was on display for purchase. The apple that came with my sandwich was smaller than a tennis ball and had no flavor. I won’t return to this location. Hopefully the Ridge Road location won’t change building design.

The food was like any other store of Panera bread, not a problem and no need for extra comment.
But the staff did treated me strangely. They were impatient, rolling their eyes, having a strange attitude, and that’s all. But I didn’t do anything strange, I just walked in and bought food like in other fast restaurants.
Is it because I have an accent and is clearly Asian immigrant? (I dress in normal clothes, don’t smell weird, don’t talk loudly. No. I don’t think I disrespected anyone, never tried to do that.)
This is just a guess, I don’t know.
Well! The other stores of Panera bread is still good!
I love Panera bread.
But this store is a bit strange.
I hope it is just a stressful day for the staffs.
But you shouldn’t take it out on customers you know?

This location is the best!! The employees are absolutely amazing! This pretty blonde girl, Ella, is always in such a good mood and is always at the counter or at the drive through window with a huge smile on her face! She is so determined and always manages to hold herself and her coworkers accountable.
The women that work in the back are all so kind and truly so hilarious! The stores general manager is also phenomenal! She is quick to solve and resolve any mistake but to nh knowledge there hardly is any!! Overall love the food, the people, and the place! Always always always remember that fast food workers are PEOPLE too!!! The Panera staff is amazing and maybe this will help you next time to reach out and say hi!! 10/10!!

Why can’t they get their orders right!! Ugh. So frustrating when you drive away or get home & the order is WRONG. And fast food places wonder why we want to check our bags, BEFORE WE DRIVE OFF. Tonight was another one of those experiences & an example WHY I ALWAYS WANT TO CHECK MY BAGS BEFORE I LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU!!!

Looks like I’m not the only one disappointed in Panera’s rapid degeneration. Spend your money at a local business, not this place. Used to love their bagels – now they are much smaller and lower quality. Always got the delicious crunchy topped cinnamon bagels, and the amazing browned, cheesy Asiago – now they look like weirdly shaped muffins with a suspicious * shaped stamp on the top – and no crunchy or cheesy topping to speak of. The new location has the atmosphere of an airport – I miss the old cozy atmosphere, dated upholstery and all 🙁

Food was ok, quite overpriced for microwave food. The new building is very uninviting. Instead of feeling like you were in someone’s dinning room now it feels like a chipotle or school cafeteria. Huge downgrade. Staff was nice, the drink subscription is really the only reason we will come again.

I’m giving one star because the person preparing the food was cleaning counters and backing trash and using sink a dirty sponge to scrub the metal surfaces when I came in to order, And upon receiving the order, Went straight from cleanup to preparing my meal without bothering to wash his hands!!!! Not only is that disgusting but it’s a huge health code violation. I am amazed that I would have to say anything, This should just go without saying— Before you make food for a customer, wash your hands!
Also, the establishment smells like mildew in the dining room, and I can’t quite figure out how it is that no one has noticed this And the food qualities is inconsistent as far as the freshness of the food it is definitely inconsistent.

This place sends out bagels that are not cooked all the way through. Today they catered breakfast and none of the sandwiches were not marked and there about 50-60. The bacon was slimy and felt raw. I try to avoid this location and will try harder now.

I went here Friday around noon and everything was perfect! Except a lady who seemed to be a manager said something to an employee which caught me off guard. She was very passive aggressive, I just don’t believe that is a way to speak to your young employees.
