I hosted my hens lunch here with 21 guests and we had the entire space to ourselves — it couldn’t have been better! The food was sensational — everyone raved about how delicious it was and what great value for money. There was more than enough to share and every dish hit the mark.
The drinks list is a 10/10, and the Margaritas were absolute perfection! The team were so kind and accommodating, making the whole experience relaxed and fun. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate.
Highly recommend Concoction Pizza e Wine Bar to everyone and anyone — it’s a gem!

Coccodrillo Pizza e Vino: Italian Husbands’ Club (still working on the name )
Another month, another pizza night with the Italian husbands’ crew, though we still haven’t managed to come up with a proper name for our group (open to suggestions!). This time, our culinary pilgrimage led us to Coccodrillo Pizza e Vino.
The setting? Stylish enough to make us feel at home, let’s call it “solid Italian standard.” The staff? Super friendly, and to our delight, some even spoke Italian.
That’s always a good sign, you immediately relax when someone says buonasera with the right accent. Bonus points: we even found parking easily, which is the kind of miracle that sets you in the right mood before a meal.
Now, the pizzas: absolutely Neapolitan in style, with perfectly blistered crusts and just the right balance of toppings. Even the gluten-free option passed the Italian test (and trust us, that’s no small achievement). Service was smooth, prices fair – around $40 per head for pizza, a drink, and shared bottles of water.
Verdict? Highly recommended. And remember: Italians are famously picky when it comes to pizza. So if we’re giving it the thumbs up, it really means something.

Best italian food, we ever had outside of Italy. Didn’t expect that in WA. We had homemade Gnocchi and tasty Pizza Diavola. Strong recommendation!

Coccodrillo is relatively a new spot, maybe not that renowned yet, but I’m sure soon they will become well known. I think they make one of the best pizza in Perth. Hands down to them! They use fresh and quality ingredients, with pizza cooked to perfection that makes them stand out among the many Italian restaurants in the city. Absolutely delicious and amazing! Really a great place to celebrate a birthday, it was a perfect night. They also offer a selection of great Italian wines that adds a perfect touch to the authentic experience! Can’t wait to return it!

For $40, I got the ‘pasta of the day’ that was literally half a container. Well done. The male staff who took my call must be very proud of his product and customer service. Charge me $100, no problem, but the quality and quantity have to match it. This was unacceptable for the price.

The next best thing? Vin Populi is fantastic, but the pizza we ate today is not very far behind. Easy parking and excellent service. Ate the Siciliana. Magnifico! Ordered tiramisu- fresh and generous size, and the panna cota with fresh berries. Divine!
