I’m a regular and love most everything I have had so far. Today I ordered the wedding soup which states: clear broth, small meatballs, and pasta… what I received is literally chicken noodle soup with small bits of sausage. There is eggs, chicken and loads of noodles. Still good, but not a traditional wedding soup, not at all what I expected.

They really bring the competition to town with their own mom and pop style shop.
It has a deli style atmosphere in a restaurant setting.
5/5 for sure.

I come to eat here semi regularly, and I gotta say it makes for a nice lunch stop. The staff are friendly, the seating is easy, and the food is fresh and delicious. It’s a very casual place where I meet family on lunch to just chat and destress for 30-50 minutes at a time. We’ve never been asked to leave even after staying a bit after finishing our food. Frankly I think this is probably my favorite plave to eat in Indiana. Fast, good food with a casual if bustling atmosphere.

What lovely little joint! I loved seeing so many people working (something that is super rare in restaurants today)and Josh, the guy that served me was very polite, knowledgeable and I absolutely loved how the staff were very friendly. You don’t get that kind of treatment in restaurants these days! The place is very clean and I love that they have both outside and inside seating. They also have a whole bunch of snacks so there’s definetly something for everybody! As it was my first time ever entering this place I enjoyed my Italian white sub. Very fresh and filling. Will return to try the other food but definitely a lovely place for you to stop and have a snack or a full blown meal. Highly recommend!

After visiting the magistrate office where i learned not every magistrate is knowledgeable on the laws of Pennsylvania’s vehicle code. I stopped by this delightful gem of a spot. If you are looking for outside seating ir great food at a great price then this is the spot. They also sell some old time candies and free refills on drinks. I was extremely satisfied and after eating the 3$ container of pasta salad with various meats and peppers along with olives i am sure there is a special name for it but it was awesome. Hit the spit and for 3$. Now i was a little disappointed that when i asked if i could get a larger tale home container they could not provide. However i bought 7 if the 3$ containers and they double bagged it put ice all around and set me up for my drive home. I am writing this review as i enjoy one of the last 3 i have. The staff was eager to please and helpful. This reminds me of small business family owned and trying to compete with the larger food chains. I say go and support them. They represent American small business they keep pricing within budget and the food is on point. I will 100% be visiting when i go to court because i had to file a appeal on my case because hiw can anyone properly serve as a judge when they do not lnow the law in question, they do not take a moment to read the law and its verbiage. They just decide that they will rule on the case without properly addressing the fact they should have taken a recess and spent 5 min to educate themselves on this particular law. Its a slap in the face when you spend 5 hours on the road one way to defend a traffic citation that should have never been written in the first place. Most would need to take a day off work. Plus today’s gas prices. You are fully invested in receiving a fair trial and afterwards all you feel is cheated and belittled because this court felt it was not necessary to educate itself on the law. Hey no one expects you to know it all. But i do expect you to have the integrity to take a moment out of your day and research the law so you can provide proper legal finding on certain matters concerning equipment used in traffic controls. After my great experience we decided to fill the tank with some great east coast sour DIESEL and took a moment to be grateful for the wonderful meal and headed home excited to revisit another day. Thank you for ending the day on a positive note after such a disappointing afternoon.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid (it used to be called the corner cupboard and we’d stop in for candy after school) it is still amazing! I live out of state now and stop in anytime I’m in town. This is where my love of ham and Swiss on rye started. Their portions and prices are still amazing. Checkout this lunch combo

I walked to get lunch and got chili and grilled cheese . I have never seen chili made like this in my life ! Those are the pieces of meat which look like meatballs in a way and chili had no flavor to it. The grilled cheese was also nasty and I threw it away . I got weeding soup and grilled cheese a couple weeks ago and it was good . Not sure what the problem was today but this is now 3 times I’ve had a bad experience with the food from here . I like to walk up here cause it’s close but after this I don’t know if I’ll be back or not !

This has been my Tuesday dinner spot for the last few weeks and will be my permanent stop. Food is delicious! I have enjoyed everything that I had thus far. Staff always seems to have a smile on their faces and service it top notch. Only thing I can suggest is to please use more than 1 flimsy paper plate. When you have dressing on your Sandwich, it’s hard to put your sandwhich back on it when you can see the table through the plate I would surly pay a few more cents to get more than one paper plate
