Food was decent but the issue here is with the customer service and restaurant accountability. I ordered delivery for my family and my daughter who doesn’t like burgers specifically wanted a chicken sandwich so I ordered one along with 2 burgers and a steak sandwich. We ended up with 3 burgers and my steak sandwich which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the owner of the establishment would’ve offered to correct the mistake or at least offer some sort of partial refund as a minimum. Instead his response was to push it off on the delivery service and tell me I’d have to dispute it with them. At the end of the day nothing was rectified but my daughter still had dinner so it wasn’t the end of the world but they lost a local customer over something that could’ve been resolved pretty easily.

So, me and my girl wanted to grab lunch last weekend and I’m not trying to eat so much highly processed fast food nowadays. So, I found this place, which wasn’t too far from where we were at. It ended up being a hidden gem to us. I love trying out new places and I love small mom n’ pop places as well. My girl ended up getting the Philly Chessesteak w/ tots and I ended up getting the southern style burger w/ fries. let me tell you, that grease running down that burger, reminded me of burger King, just not the highly processed part. Had a very delicious taste and I believe we now found a great hidden place that me and my girl can enjoy. Highly recommend this place. Just order a burger, instead of a po-boy because my girl’s Philly Chessesteak was a lil small. But had a great taste. But seriously order one of their Burgers.

The burgers are so good and the prices are hard the beat! The food comes out really quickly and is grilled right there! They have a wide variety of options and sides and plenty of seating. The parking is tight but I’ve never not found a spot! They have games playing on the TV and even when it’s packed it hasn’t been too loud to have a good

One of the best local joints for burgers. Huge burger comparison to most of the places I have eaten. I got the hickory burger with fries and a drink (unlimited refill as usual). The fries are also nicely done. The combo cost $9.68 which is super nice. The restroom is a bit funny since you can see who is sitting. Hope they will fix that. As usual ample parking which is normal in Texas.

Been eatting here for many many years!! Today I ordered the turkey club like I have done so many times before. Wow!! What a disappointment! The bread is usually nice and toasty but not today!! Very mushy and It was 1/2 the size as before! Talk about shrink-flation!! The the tater-tot’s were also very mushy! Very disappointing, very sad that this is no longer my favorite

Found 9er’s Grill while continuing our search for favorite burgers. They did not disappoint. You can taste the grill on the burger. It reminded us of backyard grilling at home. Both sweet potato and regular fries are a great cut, but they needed seasoning. The backed potato was perfectly cooked and tasted great! We had this delivered, so I didn’t get a feel for the restaurant but I hope to go on the next visit.

I always come here for a Burger and fries. It is well worth it and the food is priced well. The owner is awesome. He walks around cleaning and greeting his customers. And the cooks like Marvin are great guys. Great place to stop and grab a bite to eat.

Was there at 1:30 pm today and ordered a catfish dinner and it clearly was not catfish. It was gross. Don’t make that mistake. It seems they substitute with some nasty fish. We are regulars there and now I will never go back.
