Location is convenient to get to and easy parking most importantly the quality of food is good. Love our lobster rolls and my friends loves their chicken and fish steaks and our deserts are good!

My first time visiting with my wife. My Sister and Sister-in-Law, who are local and have been here before were with us. We came for lunch.
Our waitress was superb, very friendly and attentive. She was very informative concerning gluten free sensitivities.
I enjoyed the Bourbon Onion Burger. It was juicy and cooked to perfection. The others had Salmon Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad and Short Rib Mac & Cheese. We shared the Crispy Cauliflower, which was delicious and I saved the spicy dipping sauce to use with my French fries.
My Sister commented on how tender the short ribs were.
My only negative is that I felt the prices were just a bit too high. But, I understand this. I would still come here again.

Got charged a 23oz beer in a 16oz Stella glass. Explained it to server and then watched the manager and bartender pour the 16 oz glass into a 16oz stein and was told the stein was 23 oz. I’ve bartended for years and know the largest Stella glass is 20oz. Annoying when they try and gaslight you. Was then told by the GM that the 50cl glass I was served in was “an error” glass. I mean it takes two seconds to look this up

Food was delicious! Had lober roll and seafood chowder. The popcorn while we waited was a unique touch. The server was extremely busy took longer then we liked for the check. They also nearly forgot my chowder. They really needed another server during that time.

Excellent food, I’m a cross country trucker and I always look forward to coming to the northeast for the 99 chain restaurants great food great service. Always a quality meal with decent amenities… years ago I use to eat at the one off the Lowell connector the cook there would get me food/drink and a lot lizard for 225 out the door yesterdays prices!!

As a transplant to the area, I was expecting an Applebee’s equivalent, but what the 99 delivered exceeded my expectations.
Service was great, both front of the house, serving, and food came out fast. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The food was great and a good value. The Gold Fever sauce is NOT to be slept on.
I appreciate that the music wasn’t too loud nor was the environment too cold, both of which you’d find at a typical Applebee’s not matter the time of day/year.
I highly recommend and would visit another 99 again.

Food was ok, had the Buffalo Mac. I love hot but this was torturous trying to get through. Tried the seafood chowder, pretty decent. Ended up getting sick all night…Husband ordered baked stuffed shrimp, it looked really unappetizing. The stuffing was doughy the shrimp looked boiled, the fries were cold, the server did switch it out with no problem, which was nice. He got the pork Mac, he enjoyed it. The service was non existent, couldn’t even get our waters refilled until well into our meal. They were not busy. It felt like a run down Applebees. Probably wouldn’t try it again.

We had popcorn to start instead of bread which was a nice change. Guess bone-in wings are not being sent because all every restaurant had was boneless wings. I paid for Buffalo chicken sandwich. Sauce was Buffalo but not the meat. Great service.

The revere location is not as good as other places.
Starts when you walk in the greeter seemed to be bothered that I asked for plastic ware vs the silverware. When I said thank you for showing us to our seat, no response, no kindness.
The waitress Rosa seemed like she was over worked, even tho there was only a couple customers. She wasn’t so attentive, kinda slow.
I also took a sip of the strawberry lemonade , was not sweet, and there was no flavor as it was completely watered down, I asked her if it could be replaced with a mango ice tea? She said yes however I was charged for BOTH drinks, that was not ok. And to top it off the best drink I had was the cup of water with no ice!!
Food was good.
Next time I go it will not be to the revere location, Salem is waaaayyyyy better.
