Ordered takeout for the family (via DoorDash) Saturday night (1/31). Food tasted great and everyone enjoyed their meal. Only issue was how bare/scarce the order of sweet potato waffle fries was (see picture)

Hubby’s burger was simple, plain and well done. The speedy kitchen prepared it in almost 45 minutes and the restaurant was not busy. When his burger arrived, it was pink, a far cry from well done; possibly closer to medium. He sent it back.
I had long finished my dinner before his burger was back, twenty five minutes later, it came out, fully cooked this time.
However, when the bill arrived, there wasn’t even a discount or a sincere apology from the server. When I looked at the bill and saw the burger listed, I asked why there was no discount. I would expect a server to deduct 10% or the price of the menu item. If he couldn’t do it himself, I would hope that he would bring it to the manager’s attention with an explanation of what happened. Lack of attentiveness

Our first and last visit to this restaurant/chain
You know the old saying: the restaurant is only as clean as the washrooms…The one I was in needed ATTENTION and a DEEP CLEANING.
• Toilet paper was out on three of the four possible rolls,
•The fire detector was hanging off the wall with wires hanging out,
•There was evidence of the toilet seat not being cleaned in a long time, and
•The toilet bowl, itself, needs a good scrub especially around the rim. If that doesn’t do the trick, a new tank should be installed.

Speaking of washrooms, they are located at the top of the stairs and while I didn’t look in every corner, I couldn’t find an accessible ramp. I assume there must be a ramp as there is a designated washroom for people with accessible needs. Drawback: the changing table was in there as well – possible delays.

This was such a cute place. Bar/Grill. Food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and polite. Definitely recommend. I also want to say that this place was busy, so the fact the waitress was attentive definitely was a job well done by the restaurant and her.

I visited this 99 Restaurant with three friends today & all of us enjoyed our meals. Our server was friendly & efficient. (I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name.)
We shared an order of Mozzarella Moons to start, which I’d never had before. There were 4 pieces in our order. They’re what I’d describe as mozzarella cheese patties. The mozzarella is fried with a crispy coating of parmesan & seasoned breadcrumbs & served with a classic tomato sauce. They were delicious! I could have eaten all 4 of them by myself!
I ordered the broiled, marinated sirloin tips. They were moist & tasty, but cooked a little more than the medium-rare I’d requested.
My sides were fresh broccoli & mashed potato & those were delicious.
One feature of the restaurant that stood out to me was the framed prints on the wall. From where I was sitting, I could see various photos highlighting Westford, including sporting events & local landmarks.
On a side note, the ladies’ restroom was clean & well-maintained.
I’ll return to this 99 location & recommend it to anyone looking for a comfort food type meal in a casual atmosphere.

Pickup to-go for steak meal… and found this burn un-eatable when open it at home! I could not understand why this even out of the kitchen! Very disappointed! End up eating the mashed potatoes

I do like most of the food, but the portion sizes are definitely small! The steak tip ate literally 2 bites!! Now they are charging 70 cents for take out bag! This is a photo of my $25 meal

The Server Emma was awesome! Funny polite did her job very well! And that’s the only reason why this location got a three star! I got my cheeseburger that was supposed to be medium rare everything looked awesome until I started eating it and realized it was at best medium…. And on top of the flavorless burger… The strawberry margarita with the strawberries in it looked awesome but there’s nothing special about it my wife loves margaritas but did not enjoy this at all.

The food and service was good. We ordered sea food and it was a good choice. Salmon was well baked and juicy. The baked haddock was little dry and crumbling apart. Chicken in picture was juicy when it was hot but soon it became very chewy. The service was excellent by Jake. Very friendly and respectful. There is a 30 min wait time during busy evening hours.
