99 is just that place you go for comfort food. You can’t expect too much from a chain but it’s a good chain! What was different about this specific location, than even fine dining establishments- is that New England charm and hospitality. That’s what Debra gave us.
My teen gave such an amazing compliment and said that “she’s a natural” without me even saying anything. The fact she noticed says everything really. Debra is a lighthouse. That bright light that just shines and stands out amongst the rest. I really hope 99 appreciate her because she is a testament to the company. So if you visit, ask for Debra!
As for the food? When the service is this exceptional does it even matter? It was good, made even better with Debra’s fairy dust sprinkled on top.

Most of the time I get take-out. The food is good but my review is to mention Kyle who answers the phone and brings out the car side to go. He always gets the order right and his personality is the best! Literally he is so friendly and happy that even if having a bad day you can’t help but pull away with a smile on your face.

Last night after work, I was tired, cranky cold and just hungry so I decided to pace an order to go. Kyle L took my order and greeted me at my car. He was so nice polite courteous had a huge grin. It was contagious. With the smell of French onion soup in my car even the traffic on River Street didn’t bother me as much. Kyle K good for you, I hope you keep that positivity forever !!!
