96 Royal Cream is an amazing new addition to the downtown area. Their food is amazing, the staff is the friendliest you will meet, and the restaurant is so cozy and inviting. Their meat pies, crepes, cupcakes and the cake in a can are all on the top of my list. I’m not a coffee drinker myself but everyone I’ve talked to loves their coffee as well. We will continue to visit and support these guys as often as we can. Thank you so much for choosing Hagerstown as your location.

My boyfriend and I were spending some time in hagerstown for the day, and we came across this crepe and coffee place and it was a 10/10 in all. They had amazing service from the start with sweet smiles and welcoming energy. I got the strawberry bliss crepe and it was phenomenal! We tried the ice cream as well and it was fresh and delicious. The coffee was as very well made as well 🙂

The Americano is bold and energizing, and their crepes—like the chicken pesto—are a perfect balance of hearty and delicate. The husband-and-wife duo running it are amazing. Cedric, a Maryland alum, brings his passion for community and Ugandan farmers to every cup, and Yefon’s warmth and creativity shines in every bite. Plus, the decor—from flower walls to striking art—makes every visit a visual treat. It’s not just coffee spot—it’s a hub for connection. Grateful to have this spot to call my favorite!

My wife and I stopped in here for a small lunch while out on the town. The vibe was amazing and all the staff are so happy and pleasant to be around. Such a family vibe in a nice beautiful location. We got the egg ham and cheese crepe and strawnana crepe and both were amazing. Whatever the spicy green salsa is they give you with the savory crepes is to die for. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a nice meal

Came to treat myself to a crepe and cappuccino and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming – I sat at the window bar for almost 2 hours working looking out at the city.

So excited to have this new coffee shop in town! The crepes were fresh and absolutely delicious. I tried both a savory and a sweet option, and they were equally tasty. Highly recommend the chicken pesto crepe. I also had a great latte.
