Arrived in Kaapa, straight off the plane and found this amazing Thai truck. Outdoor seating and amazing Thai food. All vegetarian tofu dishes for us. The pineapple fried rice and panang curry was some of the best we have had. We will be back.more than once before we leave the island. Such a great way to start off our trip.

Their poke bowls are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Thai dishes are just as amazing. What really blew me away was their creative fusion – some dishes beautifully blend bold Thai flavors right into a poke bowl, creating something unique and absolutely delicious. It’s not something you find everywhere, and they execute it perfectly.
On top of the fantastic food, the woman running the truck is incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really feel the care and passion behind both the cooking and the service. This spot is a must-visit in Kauai if you love great food with a creative twist and warm, genuine hospitality.

The most delicious ahi tuna bowl & mango sticky rice! It was so fresh & we loved the covered seating where we could enjoy it on the spot with the local chickens keeping us company. The location is perfect coming from the airport or the close hotels nearby, and will definitely hit the spot!

Absolutely delicious food! We had the yellow curry with mahi mahi, shrimp pad Thai, Thai iced tea and poke bowl with tuna and salmon. They were all fantastic. The seating area was clean and comfortable behind the food truck. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Automatic 5 star for being open on Thanksgiving day! But in all seriousness the food was great. Strongly recommend the Mahi mahi chefs special and chicken satay; everything was cooked fresh and tasted fantastic. There’s a covered seating area behind the truck.

This was our first stop when we got to Kauai. It was within walking distance of our resort. When we arrived, the lady at the counter welcomed/surprised us with free Thai teas. We ordered the Ahi poke and Drunken noodles. My husband loved the noodles and my poke was soooo good. Great portion sizes too!

Today is our last day (4th day ) on the island and this is the first time we’ve had such amazing food. We both ordered the Thai fried rice with beef. My husband completely finished his plate. I would’ve if I could’ve. The staff is extremely friendly and the seating area outback is perfect. If you are driving through Kapaa or staying here, please make sure to stop by and get some of their food.

Great local place. You know it’s good when there are people here all times during the day. Food was excellent. Had red curry and pad Thai. Delicious and fresh. Made to order. Was quick and had nice had tables with covering behind the truck. Togo containers to carry back left overs. Went several times during our stay.

We had a disappointing experience at 8E88 Thai and Poké. The food did not live up to our expectations. The egg rolls were not crispy and the Poké bowl was quite bland and contained some low quality pieces of fish. While the Pad Thai was okay the outdoor dining environment was a struggle. Just a minute after we sat down a chicken literally got into our food
