I love the Taro lavender latte but with they had larger sizes. They have a pretty good selection of pastries, cakes, and other goodies. My only problem is that they put them in a bag all on top of each other so I get home and they are all squished and flat!

I’ve heard of the place, and wanted to visit. So when I saw one nearby I decided to drop in. The baked goods were delicious, but a little soft for my taste. I asked about their espresso, and the person taking my order (very friendly and helpful, BTW) was a bit confused, and asked if I just wanted a shot of espresso. She told me they could do just a shot if I wanted and I asked if it was any good. She started answering and I rationalized that since it’s not on the menu, it’s probably not good. Places that make good espresso won’t hide it.

No products to buy! I went to the store twice on two separate occasions and twice they don’t carry what I wanted such as the egg tarts. One time around 9:30 am most of the shelves were empty. It was not like this last year.

My first time at this bakery ended up with several more items than I intended on buying just because it all looks so good! Upon getting home and trying them I don’t regret my additional purchases. Everything is SUPER fresh flavors are good & ratios are spot on like the raisin milk buns. I have yet to try something I didn’t like. Store is super clean inside and easy to find what you want or need. Staff is friendly as well.

I ordered Large Red Grapefruit Green Tea at this specific location and it’s so different from the rest. To me, all they added was the grapefruit chunks on the bottom and green tea and called it a day. Honestly sad and disappointing.

Perhaps the allure of this bakery is wearing off because I use to come every weekend. Or perhaps I’m getting fat and need to stay away for a while… Anyway, the selection of baked goods is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Expect long lines and people yelling FRESH BREAD every minute. My favorite is the marble taro bread. But it has to be piping fresh our of the oven. Mmmmmm so good.

This location of 85C is doing a soft opening at first, so the full menu isn’t available yet, but what they do have so far is very tasty. The prices are reasonable, and the interior looks very clean and modern. I only meant to check it out, and ended up leaving with a full box. It just all looked so good!
