Just went through the line to try the Strawberry Brewchatta Chai Latte. It’s great but I specifically told the girl taking my order that I wanted light ice. There was so much ice in my cup I couldn’t even get my straw in the cup. Ice was to the lid. Very disappointed. I’d like my tip back because if you can’t make my drink to order then you did not earn your tip.

I ordered a small coffee and 4 shots sugar, after 10 minutes they give me a small cold coffee with brown sugar. More 3 minutes to replace it and then they give me hot water with sugar.

I like Seven Brew and usually enjoy the drinks, but the drive-through experience today was extremely frustrating. The two-lane drive-through merges into a single exit, which became a major problem when one car at the window took roughly 15 minutes to complete their order. Every other car behind them had already received their drinks but was forced to sit and wait because no one could leave until that single car pulled away.
The issue isn’t the customer—it’s the system. When orders take that long, there needs to be a way to pull that vehicle forward or allow completed orders to exit. Otherwise, it creates a complete bottleneck and wastes everyone’s time. I hope this is something Seven Brew addresses, because it seriously impacts the customer experience.

Love 7 Brew, and the employee who took our order was super sweet! However, it took quite a while for two drinks to be made since several employees were chatting saying bye and hugging it out… not focused. I’ll be back to 7 Brew, just not this location.

It’s Seven Brew!!! The best coffee in town! I love the Caramel Blondie, hot or iced. It never disappoints! Customer Service is always top notch! I love seeing young kids happy at work, providing excellent customer service while having fun and working together as a team. The Brew Crew has it goin’ on!

RUDE!! They have two lines and depending which line you get in with depends if you get an order taken or not. Sunday I attempted to go get coffee from this location and was completely ignored. Somehow they didn’t see me or the vehicle. Apparently, I drive an invisible jeep… wow. But seriously, what exactly did I do? That was deserving of being ignored?
Can’t call because they don’t have phones- all calls go to their corporate office and even if you leave a message, they don’t care and don’t call back. It’s OK, though there’s other coffee places that are more than willing to take my money!!
BTW… if you’re going to be that rude- at least have coffee worthy of the attitude!! Yikes!

This place is SO GOOD!! The employees are always friendly and the drinks are always made correct and somewhat quick. Only downside is it is always usually busy and it’s getting more and more expensive once a month kind of treat

This is my first experience at a 7 Brew and I was very impressed. The line was long(especially for it being 3pm) but I got through it fairly quickly. The staff was very quick, efficient and friendly. We ordered a small blondie and another small blondie extra sweet. The drinks were made perfectly and were absolutely delicious. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the size of the small considering the price! Great price for what you get!!! Great job guys.. keep up the good work..
For anyone that hasn’t tried 7 Brew, I’d highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a drink!!! The only problem that I have with 7 Brew is there isn’t one closer to my home in Louisiana !

Well don’t blame customers in the future like Chipotle did since their sakes goes down! Don’t even pay their own workers fair … yet charging outrageous prices for basic drinks..

We pulled up to the drive through and a worker came up and was super rude to us, wouldn’t even make eye contact and used one of my free drinks when I never asked her to, and when we said smalls she charged us for mediums and gave us smalls. Horrible service. Drinks were mid.
