Deleted my old review. Here we are again. My drink is maybe half full. Maybe. It was supposed to be a chiller. Fail. I don’t understand why this continues to happen. Half the weight. Mainly air, once again. Do better 7 Brew. As expensive as these coffees are, you expect it to be right. ♂️

Always loved 7 brew but lebanons location is not that great lately. Usually get a brunette, decaf and sugar free. Sometimes i get regular and just sugar free. I get it at other locations and theyre perfect but every time I go to lebanon they never make it right. It honestly just tastes like water milk no other flavorings. Ive used the flavorings before it shouldnt taste like that. Which sucks because I live near lebanon. The second photo with them side by side is how it usually is. I just wish things were more consistent.

My daughter loves this place! Although I dont get drinks myself here, I do take her quite often lol. All of the staff here are very friendly, but there is one girl by the name of Hayden there, that is always so happy and outgoing. That girl never seems to have a bad day, or atleast she doesn’t show it. She’s always so friendly and on point with her customer service skills! Again, their entire staff is always friendly, but I feel like that girl is always above her expectations!

7 Brew in Lebanon is ALWAYS busy! Everytime I am in town Bentley ans I make it a point to visit the Lebanon location! We choose 7Brew as they have alotvof Sugar Free options for people who can not have Sugar ❤️ The team always makes sure Bentley gets his morning treat too!

This is a drive-thru coffee place. You just stay in your vehicle and an employee will come to your window to take your order. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee. They have so many options and most everything I tried I have liked. They even have almond and oat milk options if you can’t have dairy! They do serve more than just coffee. They also sell smoothies, refreshers and other drinks. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t yet!!

Not to say the latte wasn’t tasty, but I am in the middle of a fast and ordered a large latte made with blonde roast espresso with oat milk, no sweetness. I ordered from the boy with his tablet then verified once I got to the window that I was getting what I ordered and not the Blondie latte on their menu with vanilla and caramel. I even repeated again, I want no sweeteners cuz I’m fasting. The girl kindly confirmed what I ordered was correct. My drink comes and I take the first sip and IMMEDIATELY break my fast. It was in fact the Blondie Latte I verified twice I didn’t want. I’m in a religious fast so I’m not even gonna be mad. I’ll start again tomorrow.

The stars are for the kids and their upbeat personalities, I personally have never had a rude experience with them. With that said that is all the stars are for which says very little in all actuality because friendly, and polite interactions are to be expected when working in customer service! So this is for upper management/owners, in the last 8-12 months this location has gone so far downhill it’s now digging. They need an actual adult and I don’t mean a 23 year old as a first time manager (that’s great for assisting the general manager and learning) they need an experienced manager in and at this location a minimal of two times a week with biweekly staff trainings until this location is up to par. Coffee is no longer consistent, it’s Russian roulette on if you get your coffee made right. The way in which these kids do their job falls right on management. Yes they are old enough to have common sense but they don’t care most are just having a job while in school before leaving for college and that’s great but again they don’t care the way an adult manager would. Lines don’t move properly and waiting in line 20+ mins because the car in front ordered 8 drinks and then you guys didn’t make them correct because you clearly hear them complaining about it, common sense would tell the worker “let me go ahead and have you pull up and park over here while we get this all fixed for you” so this way you can keep moving your line AND so peoples drinks aren’t sitting there getting cold/melting. Again this is all on upper management, they need to do better and train better. No excuses. If you don’t have managers at this location for whatever reason guess what UPPER MANAGEMENT needs to be there. They need to think of some type of express line where 2 drinks or less only during certain rush hour times for people on their way to work that just needs one drink quick. And if that’s not possible to manifest than these workers need to start having cars that ordered more complex drinks and numerous ones pull up to the side so people behind them can get theirs and go. It is not only more efficient but also safer to not cause traffic jam. That is a busy corner and the line goes out to the “driveway” area that cars use to get to the street (school/houses) behind there. Do better upper management! Do better!

7Brew drinks are always great. The Lebanon, Missouri location though leaves much to be desired. Conveniently located across from a factory and with horrible traffic, one wonders why did they not choose a better area for this 7Brew.
Customer service was acceptable, but no where close to what you would expect from 7Brew.
