Huge shout out to the young lady whose name I did not catch! As I pulled into 7Brew, I was almost in a car accident by someone else who was also coming to the same location. I got up to place my order, and she asked how my day was and I was visibly shaken and told her I was almost in an accident. She was so compassionate and was so patient with me as I was catching my breath and placing my order. She gave me my order on the house, and made sure my drinks were taken extra special care of by writing “7brew loves you” on my drinks. That turned my entire night around, and made my experience amazing. So thank you to the young lady who did that for me!!!! You went above and beyond! (If I happen to catch her name when I go back today, I will update so she gets the recognition she deserves!!)

I’ve had good experiences before but the last couples times I’ve come the service is all over the place. You guys really need to work on an efficient zipper system in the drive thru. We (regretfully) got in the right lane and it took over 15 minutes for someone to take our order, while the left lane was consistently moving, many cars that got in line after us left long before we did. I don’t understand the dysfunction.

The business plan was not being followed today. I got my coffee before noon.
Not one person came out to the car to take anyone’s order.
It should not take twenty minutes for an iced coffee with less than six cars ahead of me.
Completely unacceptable considering how much they make in tips and hourly wages. The business plan is for everything to move quickly and that was not the case today.Very disappointed.

It’s not a bad coffee place. I usually don’t go for the coffee though unfortunately with most coffee joints, I always find them to burn the coffee. Other than that the service is extremely friendly. I’ve never had a disgruntled employee or had to deal with one there everyone is usually friendly even when it’s cold out And their other drinks are very good highly recommend it. I just wish that they weren’t so out of my way. Otherwise I’d probably go to more often.

We go through 7 brew on 26 and love it. But we went through this one on 2/8 around 3:00. We pulled away and realized they made all the drinks wrong after a very long wait. We went back through because the line was short enough by then. We ordered 3 teas with light ice, they were completely full of ice and my hot breve with caramel and almond had a hint of almond but no sweetness and tasted more like milk than half and half. They remade my drink but wasn’t interested in fixing the light ice drinks. I wanted to buy an addition tea and take the ice out myself. They tried to refuse saying they were too busy to take a an order at the booth but I insisted since they didn’t make my order correct and had to go thru twice. It was literally pour tea in a cup and add Rasberrys syrup. What a pain

Not sure what has been going on at West Lafayette location but it used to be my go to spot. Lately the service and quality has been very poor.
Last four visits the coffee has not tasted like I have ordered it the exact same way countless times. Almost no flavor. My girlfriend sugar free German Dark Chocolate and it just tasted like plain milk.
Went today 11/14/25 and sat in the right lane for 15 min without order being taken while the left lane saw 8 cars come and go some of which arrived after us. We left to get her to work 20 min early and had to cut into the left lane and leave before even being spoken to just to get my girlfriend to work 5 min late. Went back only to sit for another 10 min to finally get my drinks only to have no flavor.
Location has become garbage.

I’ve been coming to the seven brew for a year and a half now and it used to be great with excellent customer service and drinks. But every single time I’ve come for the past few months they have made my order wrong, been extremely slow and been unfriendly. I order the same drink every time and just don’t understand how they can serve me the entirely wrong drink or mess it up every time. I hope to see improvement soon.

Waited in a line that wasn’t even very long for 45 minutes to get the holiday deal and they took so long that they closed before we made it through the line. We were 1 car away and still had a few minutes but they refused orders. I understand closing time, but it’s ridiculous when your service for drinks is that slow. Also, the left line went through several cars at a time while our line only served one car during the same amount of time, which is why we weren’t able to get through it. They also were not walking out into the line to take orders like they normally do, which would’ve sped up the line. It seemed like lazy workers considering how long we waited compared to other locations in the area.

They are so awesome. We actually switched from Starbucks to 7 Brew! They helped me pick my new energy drink the blue ocean breeze, and my husbands new drink is the cinnamon roll ice mocha with cold foam! So delicious with awesome service!
