Came to 7 Brew for the first time today and the experience was amazing! The man who took our order was super kind and did an amazing job. The cashier that passed out drinks was so energetic and sweet, and our drinks tasted amazing. Will definitely be returning!

Those who complain about service—shame on you! These employees aren’t paid adequately to provide service that is at the level of a $100,000.00 salary.
Why do customers never stand up for the underpaid? WE, the customers, should always demand that low wage employees get paid better. How about profit sharing? How about bonuses?
Only family and friends get nice pay day, but never the individuals who actually do the work. It is up to us to demand better working conditions for the people who serve us. AND poit out cronyism and nepotism so that companies do not engage in such atrocious practices.

7 Brew is hands-down the best coffee stand around! Every single visit is such a good experience — the team is always smiling, energetic, and genuinely happy to be there. You can tell they care about both the drinks and the people. The service is lightning fast, even when the line’s long, and the drinks always come out perfect.

i went through the 7brew drive thru last night at around 7:45pm and for context i drive a v8 mustang so it’s just naturally a loud car. as i was in the drive thru we turned off the car while ordering out of respect for the person taking our order so she could hear us and so we could hear her without her having to yell, and when we started up the car again, there was a girl that was working making the drinks peeking out the window staring us down and just rolling her eyes giving the dirtiest looks. i noticed it and initially just laughed it off because whatever i didnt know what her problem was. but anyways i had a friend that was right in front of me in the line and when she got up to the window she heard that same girl and the other 2 girls talking about me and how my car is annoying because apparently they thought i was revving it? when in reality it was literally just idling which is completely out of my control its just what a car does. but they were just being VERY rude and unprofessional talking about me in front of not only my friend but also other customers in the line. obviously my friend recorded what they were saying and sent me it and then when i went up to the window i asked if they were talking about me and my car and they denied it and pretended like they werent. but then as i was pulling off, the SAME girl that had the problem from the start started staring me down again and goes “shes still looking at me” and then cocked her head at me lol… i called the 7brew corporate number and left a message and told them the exact date and time i was there and described exactly what she looked like and what she did, she had mid length black or dark brown straight hair. i also will be back later today to speak to a manager about her behavior because it was extremely unprofessional and made me never want to return to this store again to buy anything and i honestly probably wont . i truly hope she gets fired because she does not need to work in customer service if this is the way she treats people, i entered the drive thru in a good mood and left in a terrible one. and this is coming from someone who works in customer service. if i could give 0 stars i VERY much would.

Went there today before the Sunday rush ordered small drinks, caramel, macchiato and cold mocha. The macchiato didn’t taste very well. Didn’t taste like coffee taste. It mainly like cramer.The mocha was okay, but didn’t taste like coffee.Paid twelve dollars and fifty five cents for too smalls, very, very weak coffee.

Seven brew is the best place to go for your afternoon pick me up. The customer service is always top tier and never fails to make you feel good. But be careful you are sure to get addicted to the blondie and those energies! I highly recommend to anyone! This location has the best service and never fail to help you leave with a smile on your face!

Love everything I’ve tried. All the workers are pleasant. Why is there no menu? Theres such a long line- you need a menu back where the cars enter. Or have the people taking orders have a handheld menu.

I have always loved 7 Brew but could only ever get it when I was out of town! I was so excited to hear that it was coming to Owensboro and have NOT been disappointed in the slightest! Customer is impeccable and the employees are always smiling and truly care for their customers which is such a rarity in this industry! I cannot wait for more deals and more new secret menu items to drop! We love 7B 🙂

However,
My wife has been to this location a few times, as it is close to her workplace. Her frequency is also based on the ‘way too long of a line.’
I have been twice and each time it has been several young people that do not seem professional in the least.
The drinks are sloppily served, with drink spilling down the sides of the cup and no napkins. We’ve had to request napkins every time.
Maybe it is the system they are using (trying to be a quick drive thru and get your coffee place) and they have yet to work out the kinks. Regardless, it has been open for a few weeks and it seems no better of an experience today than it was opening week.
Waiting behind people when you already have your drink is very frustrating, and I see it happen to others while waiting in line. The system is flawed, or, at least, is not operating near ideal.
We will probably visit this establishment as a last resort, and, of course, it will depend on the length of the inevitably long line that there will be.

I went for a coffee and while this employee chit chatted for I kid you not 10 minutes minimum with someone she knew well enough to go write down her phone number and give to them. They took orders from and served at least 6 vehicles in the other lane to our zero. When I got to the window I was waited on by a young woman that was wearing a wedding band. She questioned who was working what areas and then went to start taking orders from the vehicles waiting. No one had been taking any orders prior to ahead of time. Tips can be earned but not this way. Asked me if I’d like a 7brew sticker and what I wanted to say was no, I just want a drink. Whomever was prepping the drinks was on point, so thank you! I hope they got some kind of rhythm down after I left.
