The coffees are always really good. But there is one gentleman who works there, who has his hair dyed funky colors I do not remember his name. He hands out songs to get you through your day and to experience stuff that sometimes might be out of your normal listening. He is always so energetic so happy incredible customer service. He is the absolute epitome of someone that you would want to work for your company. If anyone gets to meet him you will definitely leave with a smile on your face, that man needs a raise!

I had a caramel frappe or something like that. Took about 16 minutes to get the drinks and the frappe was liquid. Not a frozen type. Drink like it’s supposed to be. Tasted like thick chocolate milk. Yeah not my kind of place. But then again that’s my first attempt there. I’ll try again to see if things are different the next time.

The coffee is incredible. There are so many different flavor options & everything tastes great. The price is much lower than comparable coffee places. The staff is so nice, upbeat, & helpful. Even when there’s a long line it moves very quickly. 10000/10 recommend!!

I love the drinks, this location i never had an issue with until today. Some young kid almost hit me cutting me off in the drive thru then his friends who worked there were talking to him instead of working. When i complained the “young girl” did nothing. Extremely unprofessional. You are there to work not flirt with obnoxious boys who are rude and reckless with their driving. The fact i complained and she did nothing bc it was her friend says it all. Whoever owns this place should probably have a manager there who actually cares what employees are doing.

This location has enough workers to effectively process their customers, which is a plus. However, the workers are often so young and inexperienced that they get my drink wrong eight times out of 10 which makes me not want to come here. Employees need to be more proficient with the menu and understand how to put in an order when it doesn’t jive with the premade options on their menu. I usually order seven shots of espresso Frozen with dark chocolate and salted caramel. Sometimes I get it and it’s perfect but most times I get it and it’s way way way too sweet. Not enough coffee and it tastes like water and sugar. I order seven shots because I like my coffee guys. Have not had this problem at any other seven Brew location. Where’s my Dutch Bros. They always get it right

They gave me cold coffee on a day where it was 40 degrees, and when I specifically asked for hot. That’s never happened in the 3 decades I’ve been buying coffee. I’m actually kind of perplexed as to how, especially with how much you have to pay.
