Had no idea this place was here! I was in the parking lot to go to First Watch which is not officially opened yet. Stopped by 7 brew and grabbed a Hot Chai Latte and it was wonderful for this brisk morning. I also grabbed a blueberry muffin top which was chilled and paired perfectly with my Latte! Service was fast!

For anyone who really wants to know how it really is. The wait time is so ridiculous. I go and get a drink, i’m on a busy schedule and I thought the seven brew drive thru, which is supposed to be fast, would be a fast quickly cheap coffee. I was mistakenly wrong. I try to avoid times where it would be busy. But Unfortunately, every time I have gone the line has been wrapped around the entire building, one person taking orders when there is about 20-25 cars waiting, and ironically their card reader isn’t working. I understand things happen but atleast have another person taking orders or get a better system because it’s very unprofessional. I went again at night, thinking it wouldn’t take any longer than 10 minutes because it’s night time. But it literally took about 30 min to get my drink. The people working and making the drinks seem to have no concept of time, it’s full of teenagers, and I see a girl just standing there doing nothing when she could be helping one out of the two people making the drinks . Not to mention, the place is so dirty and overwhelming, I went at night and there was trash literally everywhere such as boxes and filled up trash cans in the middle of where they work. I work in food and I know the trash goes out at night, but it was hours before closing and it just disgusted me seeing how close the trash and garbage there was close to where they were making the drinks. and my drink was extremely sticky. Maybe instead blasting the music, they could turn it down so they can focus and get things done quicker. Ive tried to let it slide the past few times but it’s gotten to a point where it has changed a lot since going there when they first opened and it’s not worth my time.

I love all of the employees that work here! Hannah was so great today! The service is always amazing and everyone is so personable!! A stop here never fails to make my day and gets me started on a good note!! Always the perfect drizzle LOL

I stopped by 7 Brew recently, and I just have to shout out Jacob for making my entire experience absolutely amazing. From the moment I pulled up, his energy was contagious—genuine, friendly, and upbeat in a way that instantly brightened my day. He greeted me with such enthusiasm and took the time to make sure my order was perfect, even offering great recommendations (which turned out delicious).
It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond just to make customers feel valued, but Jacob truly does. You can tell he loves what he does and cares about creating a positive experience for everyone who stops by. My drink came out fast, perfectly made, and with a smile.
If you ever visit 7 Brew, I highly recommend hoping Jacob’s the one taking your order

Every time i come to this specific location it lets me down. I have been going to the NMB location for well over a year and have never had my order messed up so many times, nor have I ever seen as many people as I have seen here standing around on their phones (as pictured), talking LOUDLY, and touching their butts (as pictured). One speaking loudly enough to hear “she’s not here on sundays or mondays that’s why we act like this” word for word.. unfortunately it sounds like management should keep an eye on those days specifically. Also, since when can you not get cream in a coffee? i ask for extra cream for my drink that is once again messed up and the response is “do you want more flavor or like sweet cream on top what is it you’re needing?”… extra cream, like the cream that was put in my partners drink.. It just seems like the employees take the job as a joke and give 7 brew a bad look. One was even laughing outloud with others about how someone spilled a whole counter full of drinks while the line was wrapped around the building.. instead of helping them make more drinks she chose to laugh with others while customers watched. Go to NMB 7 brew if you want good customer service and drinks made right, I have finally came to the conclusion to not choose this location anymore.

Okay so I got a drink at pawleys and they made it wrong, and I was so sad. So then I came to the location i usually go to in tanger outlets. And they fixed it immediately and made it right!! I will forever come to this location. They are always smiling, super nice and welcoming!! This team is the best! The girl who took my order was sooo nice! 11/23 @ 11am.

Got a large iced caramel macchiato and got it full of coffee grounds and they told me to look at the menu on my phone when I don’t have service and I know the iPads they use can show it too this boy was just very lazy and rude.

Visited for the first time 2 days ago, and we will definitely be back! We had not seen a menu and had no clue what we wanted to order, but the sweet girl that took out order was so patient and extremely helpful. She asked us a few questions about our likes, and made recommendations. Our drinks were absolutely delicious! We did have a little wait, but it was definitely worth it. My only “complaint” is that it’s not closer to my house lol. Can’t wait to try more of your menu!
