I’ve been hitting up 7 Brew nearly every day since they opened. The folks taking my order are super friendly and really helpful. They make you feel right at home. Our drinks are always spot on, and they’re quick to offer suggestions if you need them. One thing that could really help with compliments and reviews is if they had name tags.

I really don’t want to give a bad review but l’ve waited a month since the opening date and I’m just so disappointed. I have had 7 Brew in Florida and Arkansas as well as Christiansburg VA. I was over the moon excited about having a 7Brew in Salem my hometown. I expect the long wait and I can deal with it most days. But what I cannot continue to deal with is not once getting a drizzle in my cold coffee. I have gone often since opening and the employees 1. Do not know the menu, 2. Are exhausted and less than enthusiastic to be there, 3. Do not know how to drizzle a cup to save their souls and this has been every single time I’ve ordered.
I spend a lot of money for a drink to not be made to my order, not just once, many times.
I’ve had my daughter order and pick up my drinks for me and the same result.
PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I’m not driving to Christiansburg for a properly made drink. My caramel and/or chocolate drizzle are always sitting at the bottom of my cup in a lump.
I have attached my coffee’s from yesterday(free bag day) on the left and a picture of my other daughter’s beautifully made coffee on the right from her new stand opening in Enterprise Alabama. Why does every other store in the US get this right but not Salem VA?!?!

7brew has literally got to be the best coffee place in Danville Va. Their drinks are so good & their customer service never fails to make me smile. Georgia in particular is really kind and served us with a lovely, genuine personality.

Now I’ve seen all the craziness when this place opened and every time I drive by there is a lengthy line so finally I had to try it. The actual service is so quick, someone came to my car and took my order as she was directing me up the lane, by the time I got to the end our drinks were ready! Now I’m a coffee drinker and I think most of the drinks 7brew serves are ‘breve’ style. I ordered a Blondie which is just caramel/vanilla breve and let me tell you I am not used to this style of coffee because it tastes like straight up creamer. My husband is not a coffee drinker so I was looking up drink orders I could make for him and ordered a ‘secret menu Earl gray’ Now I don’t really expect every employee to know a ‘secret menu’ especially when they have so many drinks to chose from but they put a couple shots of Earl grey in.. creamer. I had to throw them both out it’s just not for me, but for the people who love it they are die hards!

So my daughter said we could get a free drink at this opening, however, they stated it ended yesterday, but you could get a free T-shirt. I figured that would be good for my daughter and waited 30 minutes in a queue of cars to be told I can’t have a free T-shirt unless I ordered a large drink. What a con nowhere do they mention on the outside about when you order a large, not small drink. All these cars in line have no idea and this is just a gimmick by them to get people to buy coffee. My daughter is 11 years old and she cannot drink a large coffee now she goes without because they lied. I’m boycotting these individuals and making sure all my other friends know about this.

Usually the Salem location has pretty good service but the last time I went (on Valentine’s Day) the staff was very rude to me, to the point where I no longer feel comfortable going back. I don’t know what caused this shift in customer service all I can say is that I’m sad because I genuinely liked going to this location 2 or 3 times a week! The drinks are decent but I don’t think they’re worth being treated unkindly over and don’t think they actually care about me as a customer. Note: I am never rude and usually spend $12 on one drink so when I shell out that kind of money I think I deserve at least basic courtesy.

I love 7 Brew and the coffee is always great, that’s why I keep coming back. But the evening shift service is honestly disappointing. The girls often seem like they hate their jobs, and the attitude can be pretty bad. I’ve noticed they don’t wipe the cups before handing them out, and when I politely ask them to wipe it, the attitude gets even worse. The drinks are amazing, but the service at night really needs improvement.

I absolutely love that they put a 7 brew relatively near me! I have loved every coffee that I have tried!! I want to start trying the 7 brew energy drinks I am sure they will be just as good!! I would love for them to put one in Roanoke!!!

I was completely unimpressed with this place on my first visit, which was today. My drink cost $5.90, so I gave the girl (who was sweet) a 20 dollar bill. There ensued problems with her bringing me the correct change. After some confusion we got it sorted out.
I had ordered an iced mocha with a dash of orange syrup. When it arrived, it looked suspicious because it was such a pale color, and a properly made iced mocha is a rich dark color. The taste lived up to the unappetizing look – I don’t know what kind of syrup was used, but the drink tasted like orange Koolaid had been poured into it, and that was all I could taste. I could barely detect the coffee or chocolate. In spite of this big thumbs down, I’m always willing to give a business a second chance. I’ll go back another time, and hope things improve. If they don’t, ix-nay on 7 Brew for this coffee lover.
