Plenty of onsite free parking, excellent location, best service. Had the two egg, bacon, home fries breakfast. Eggs done right, bacon very thin and a bit overcooked, potatoes did not taste fresh. Great service, beautiful view of the bay and Morro Rock.

Two bartenders ruined the perfect score. Hopefully you get Tracy as your bartender and the wait staff is great!!!

SUNDAY PRIME DINNER $49.

The menu change and the food so far is like bar food. Pretty decent but didn’t match the great look and amazing view it had to offer.

We had really great service, We love sitting on the patio taking in the view while eating. The food was pretty good and was not price bad. We had some good things at happy hour too. And they were very pet friendly. All I can say is thanks for the great time.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at 60 State Park Restaurant! The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the service was truly top-notch. A special shoutout to Tracey and Taylor, who went above and beyond to make my evening memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel so welcome.

All the staff in the restaurant are great. Bar is wonderful and bartender is super friendly. The dinner items that we ordered:
Nachos – no flavor at all. Could have used salsa and seasoning on the ground meat.
Steak and fries – great flavor if they eased up on the garlic. The cut of meat was not correct for that dish. It was way too chewy. I would have used a skirt steak, medium cooked.
Mac n cheese – no flavor and really soupy. So bland!!!
Breakfast burritos – ask for the potatoes on the side not in the burrito. The chunks are way too big. Flavor was great. Could have used some beans in it.
Biscuits and gravy – really great dish! Seasoned well and the biscuit were buttery. I got the fried chicken on the side. Good crust. Nice flavor. Too thin so it was a little dry. I probably would have preferred the sausage.

Such a waste of potential. The views and dinning area are super nice. Unfortunately they looked severely understaffed. When we arrived there were 4-5 tables with discarded food, a few different couples waiting for a table and not a single employee in sight. We waited around for 15 minutes but after we didn’t see any employees tend to the dining area we packed it up and ate down the street. Plenty of other breakfast spots on Morro bay…

This space is could be so much more. It’s has a gorgeous view of the bay from the restaurant but the volume and the light ambiance is cold and hallow feeling. The food is overcooked and unimaginative just as the service is untalented. At one time this restaurant may have been a special venue possible with a tiki bar and Polynesian theme long buried in layers of paint and unimaginative renovations. But times match public demand, so endure mediocre food elsewhere.

Food came cold even though the plate was hot. The eggs had no flavor. My wife ordered these prime rib sandwich and egg for breakfast. It was very chewy and overcooked like it was a few days old at least well

We loved the restaurant and the views that came with it! Me & my wife stayed at this hotel and visited this restaurant because of the amazing view. Breakfast and lunch is amazing! The menu has many interesting items that sound great. If I could say something that this restaurant could improve is the wait times. It’s understandable when it’s a full house but it was pretty empty every time we went and we would have to wait for at least 45 minutes for the food and 15-20 minutes for the tab. The customer service was great, the waitresses were friendly and occasionally attentive. At the end the wait was worth it since the food tasted great!

The view saves this place. Staff was friendly enough but the food was bland / lacking flavor. This would be the perfect place to go for drinks with an incredible view, but I would skip the food.
