Great place for Neapolitan pizza in Karlsruhe!
The dough was perfectly soft and chewy, and the tomato sauce and cheese were really fresh and flavorful. We especially loved the pizza with burrata on top — it was amazing.
The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the staff were friendly. A great spot to come with friends. I would definitely come back again!

We went here on our first night to Karlsruhe and the pizza was very similar to what we’ve had in Naples. Even though it was very busy and we didn’t have reservations, they were able to seat us and we enjoyed our time here. The bruschetta was not traditional and probably wouldn’t order again but the pizza was great. We would definitely return for good pizza and beer.

Considering that I am a fan of Neapolitan pizza, and considering that I have eaten it in several places in Naples and also in Italy and Germany, I can give it 7 out of 10 for each of the three types that I ordered and for the following reasons:
Tomato sauce has a high acidity and a sharp vegetal taste
– I did not feel the special taste of buffalo mozzarella cheese (the usual creamy taste)
-The pizza dough arrived a bit too wet (it’s supposed to be crusty from out side and soft & fluffy from inside), but of course it tasted good
In general, the place is nice and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the prices are acceptable.

The restaurant is very spacious so that we could have our own privacy. High ceilings, romantic decoration, attentive staff. And pizza was fantastic. Thanks to waiter Rares for making our experience pleasant.

Delicious and Creative Italian Fare!
Amazing food and great atmosphere! The pizza was perfectly baked with fresh toppings, the pasta served in a bread bowl was unique and flavorful, and the carpaccio was a tasty starter. The drink was refreshing and beautifully presented. Friendly service too—highly recommend!

This is the Karlsruhe branch of a German chain of pizzerias, and they bake Neapolitan pizzas. Curiously, they use electric ovens from Izzo (Izzo is an AVPN-certified Italian manufacturer that pioneered electric-only ovens). When I visited, the thermostat was set to 450°C. A primary benefit of the unorthodox heat source is uniform baking thanks to precise temperature control and heat distribution. Please note that it is nearly impossible to tell the taste difference between pizzas based on the heating element of the baking oven.
Toppings with designated origins are explicitly stated on the menu and include the tomato sauce and certain types of cheese (they have DOP certified buffalo milk Mozzarella, Provolone, and Parmigiano Reggiano).
I think the taste is pretty similar to the other branches, but they occasionally over-bake the pizzas. Despite claiming to use San Marzano DOP tomatoes, in my last visit, I found the taste uncharacteristically acidic and tangy.
The restaurant itself is nice, clean, and operated professionally. The staff members are generally helpful. This particular branch is quite large, with an exceptionally high ceiling and two electric ovens that can accommodate multiple doughs. This means they are prepared/equipped to deal with rush hour customer traffic.
Overall, I think it is a good place to experience Neapolitan-style pizzas. Although they are not an AVPN certified pizzeria, they can replicate the authentic experience quite well.

Like the other branches, the interior design is very welcoming with many tables and an open kitchen concept with large pizza ovens visible.
The staffs were very attentive and helpful too. They accomodated all pur requests as we were celebrating a colleague birthday.
The appetizers were god both in taste and presentation and arrived relatively fast. They have good range of drinks too that we were quite pleased with it.
We orderd couple of pizzas including some of their signature and tried to share with each other to get a taste of their flavors.
Overall the pizzas are nicely made and nicely seasoned but unlike our other experiences the dough was not as well made as we tasted before and we felt it could have been baked a bit longer so we wouldnt taste the raw dough.
Other than that we were pleased by the staffs and the fast service and definitely a great place for large groups to meet and eat.

Excellent experience for a midweek dinner. This relatively new space has replaced the Vapiano chain and it feels like a great upgrade. We shared the Bruschetta with 4 people and then had a pizza each. I am a good eater but didn’t manage to eat the whole pizza. The crust is huge and soft and very tasty and everyone liked what they ordered. Definitely will be coming back to try different things and enjoy the nice space. Our waiter Luca was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive, playing a key role to make this a nice experience.
